“Ok, To be clear, I'm in Terminal B of the Sacramento Airport. Just loved the Vino Volo Chopped Salad and an amazing Chardonnay. Am I in an airport terminal, or in a great West Coast urban restaurant? So Good! Also, enjoyed talking wine and the good life with the amazing Eric!“
“Tucked away in an apartment complex (Broadstone Arden) is a little modern coffee shop that has now won my patronage. Everything about this place screams what commoners do at Starbucks, but at a much better clip.First you know they mean business because they have their own beans. Like most spots they'll have a light, medium, and dark roast. My friend did a pour over (Market Price) of their medium roast. Slight acidic, fruity ending, light and crisp. Delicious.I got the Spanish Coffee which has condensed milk, whole milk, and cinnamon. Very light and delicious. We both got the blonde ale, and I love a good beer for breakfast. They've got craft beers for sale, and a couple of them on tap.Everyone working was super nice, easy to ask for the WiFi password, and it quickly got busy inside after 10am on a Friday. So if you need a dedicated spot to churn out your next screen play, compile your next DJ Set, or catch up with friends (All was happening here while me and my friend sat) then come early!“
“Met a friend for lunch here. Pink Cadillac margaritas, flautas, Guacamole, and chips for appetizers, enchiladas and a carnitas burrito for the main course. The restaurant was almost empty so we had it virtually to ourselves. Service was good and the pace was fine. Without many other patrons the restaurant was nearly silent, making for an ideal quiet conversation. I'll be coming back again.“
“I've been dining with Morton's for a while and it's usually for special occasions (graduations, Christmas, birthday's) So this past Easter was no exception. I made reservations, Which was super easy and they had my top time choice available. It helps when you make it early. We were greeted warmly at the door and seated right away. The environment was warm and inviting, not too loud even though they were busy. I never felt rushed and I never felt like I was waiting for service. We started off with cocktails and the bacon wrapped scallops, which are always delicious. Morton's bread is unique and tasty. I dream about their wedge salad that always comes out so cold and crisp. The cajun ribeye is always cooked to perfection. We also tried the truffle creamed corn, that's new to the menu and wow, fantastic. I ended our meal with coffee and it was so delicious. Thank you to the staff and management for checking on us and making sure we had a wonderful Easter. It was so great that I was back a week later! No special occasion needed!!“
“Just went here for the first time last weekend. The atmosphere was amazing. We got to sit on the couch which was comfy and spacious. The food was good, especially the bruschetta! There are about 12 different types to get. The iced tea was one of the best I have had, which sounds like an odd thing to say but when you try it you'll understand why. The Happy Hour prices are unmatched, best I have ever seen. Sadly couldn't partake this time but I will absolutely will be coming back soon.“
“Probably best to try to visit during slower times as we found free parking pretty close, which was nice. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and service was very friendly and attentive, like the definition of why we love small businesses. Since I was dining with my husband we did the ole half and half so I got to try the Oklahoma Sunset and the Our Go To Italian. While the Oklahoma Sunset isn't really my style when it comes to sandwiches, I couldn't argue with the overwhelming love for it in the reviews so I went that route and was so glad I did. I was less impressed with the Italian, but, and that's a big BUT, I don't like parsley and that was, for me, the dominant flavor in the herb oil. So while I wouldn't recommend that sandwich, it's just preference. My husband enjoyed both but the clear winner was the Oklahoma Sunset. Definitely will be back and looking forward to it.“
“The food was delicious, staff was very kind, and the restaurant was warm and beautiful. Our waiter was a little too fast in getting our order in rather than listening to us, so our order came out incorrect. As soon as he realized, he apologized and brought out a complimentary dish of the proper order. Will definitely be back here for dinner service and to try all the dishes!“
“This place is amazing!! So beautiful and cozy. The food is delicious, the wine, the music, the vibe and atmosphere!! Gustavo is a sweetheart. Suggested recommendations, and went out of his way to make us feel fantastic! He went above and beyond to attend to my friend and I. Amber is also very sweet and attentive. My favorite spot from now on. The Tres muchachos, (owners) are very hands on and catering. I strongly recommend this spot to anyone! Beautiful for hosting events too. ??“
“Wonderful experience dining at Seasons 52. Our server Juan took great care of us and I’ve never had a more perfectly cooked tender steak. It was a birthday celebration & they made us feel so special. Ambiance was intimate & warm. Before our meals end we were plotting our next return and who we were bringing with us. As we left, I was able to express to John the manager just how much we enjoyed our evening at Seasons 52.“
“If you're looking for a local fun place to release your creative juices with family, friends or coworkers this is your place! Karen is the owner. She is an artist, wine maker and instructor! This place is clean, adorable and so accommodating! I had a group of about 10+ ladies come for a mixer and this space was perfect for us! It can absolutely accommodate more than 10. They truly go above and beyond service. Highly highly recommend!“
“I just wanted to give The Cellar a shout out for supporting the fundraiser for Golden Hill Elementary school in Fullerton with 2 generous giftcards. Not only is this restaurant and craft cocktails AMAZING but the owners support their community! If you have never been, please go and splurge on this incredible dining experience... it is worth it! Neat history that I just learned... the same architect that designed Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland also designed The Cellar.THANK YOU for being a landmark here is Fullerton and supporting your community!!!!“
“Got the Tokyo Mazeman regular everything (garlic, etc) and it was AMAZING. Glad they gave rice for the end because I wanted to soak up the leftover sauce and chives. Also, adding their house vinegar really makes the mazeman and cuts into the oils of the sauce - highly recommend. The regular Tokyo version has a small kick, so I also had their draft Asahi to make the experience just right.Vegetarian options: There's a separate section for vegetarian and vegan optionsParking: Parking is easy in the plaza“
“A hidden gem in NB. Great vibe, excellent food and friendly staff. My fra diavolo was piping hot and really good portion, really wonderful! Mahi sandwich w/ scalloped potatoes was so good too, could be shared. Kinda like Brophy Bro's from Santa Barbara, only no need to drive to SB!! ;)“
“The food and atmosphere was incredible…burrata, meatballs and Mary’s chicken are fantastic. The burger and ceviche is also incredible. A not to miss spot right on the water. Savannah is also incredible with beer and wine recommendations as well as food knowledge. Highly recommend.“
“I don't know why there isn't a long line out in front of this restaurant every night. It is a small restaurant in a location that is slightly off the restaurant beaten path. But it is Onotria, the same owner and chef as the previous iteration of Onotria that has been one of the most highly regarded restaurants in Orange County - and definitely on of the best Italian restaurants in the county for many years. The original Onotria took a hiatus for a few years but is back now in its new location with excellent food - perhaps now a little more innovative and modern. The service also excellent with a little more warmth and attentiveness thrown in, perhaps a consequence of the small venue. There were four of us, we all sampled each other's food and all agreed that it was outstanding as was the service. It's great to have Onotria back. It's definitely one of the "must try " Italian restaurants in The OC.“
“Valentine’s Day at Sol Grill was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and charm. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic evening, with dim lighting, and a cozy atmosphere that instantly set the mood.”The food and service was fantastic, with attentive staff who anticipated our every need without being intrusive.Overall, our experience surpassed all expectations. It was the perfect setting to celebrate love and indulge in outstanding cuisine. We left feeling not only satisfied but also deeply grateful for the memorable evening we shared. We can’t wait to return and create more beautiful memories at this charming gem.“
“Cannot remember our waiters name but he was OUTSTANDING. We dined with our pets and he just made the night. Was so knowledgeable about our wine we ordered. The whole staff was on top of everything. Given this is a beach town a lot of places seem to be too laid back and no urgency. Here. Everything from the fresh oysters to the surf and turf were out of this world.“
“You can't go wrong. Everything here is great. Great wine, great food, great staff. I've been going here for nearly ten years and I've thoroughly enjoyed every visit. They have a great selection of wines and a few food items for service. Their charcuterie plates are a must! I also love the salt and pepper pistachios. They have a small match section with bottles they serve and a curated selection of gourmet food items like crackers, chocolates and jams. I haven't had an item I didn't love. Highly recommend.“
“I stopped by here for a late lunch with my mom! The food was amazing, we got the cold noodle salad, green goddess salad with chicken and a small charcuterie board. Everything was really high quality & super good! I can't wait to come back Wednesday for wine Wednesday!! Highly recommend 10/10!“
“Our favorite local spot for a great selection of beers on tap. Barrel & Stave has amazing variety of beers and Chris is a knowledgeable and friendly guy who is so fun to chat with. Love their new location at Jaxon's. Great vibe, family friendly and fun local spot to hang out. This is our weekly spot to bring the family for dinner and a beer!“
“Staff is very friendly, didn't have to wait long to be seated (depending on the day of the week), and kid friendly as well. You get to see smaller jets/planes and sometimes helicopter land and take off.. Their mimosas are good, too. Walking in is like an airplane runnway. Some of the booths have plane buttons and controls, which the little ones love. Good portion foods and their homemade fries style are delicious, but this last time were kinda burt and a little too greasy, but I still rate 10/10.“
“The Twisted Vine has a funky old school kinda vibe. My first visit here and it was perfect for a first date. Not too dark, not too loud with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere and very reasonable prices. They serve wine by the glass or bottle. Between the 2 of us, we tried three different wines, a pinot noir and a red blend, which were both very good and a McPrice Myers Cab, which was excellent.I didn't rate the food as we didn't order any, but the food I observed other customers being served looked appealing and delicious.I give this place my highest recommendation. It's definitely worth a visit.Parking: My data and I arrived separately, and we were both able to find street parking. There is a large paid ($5 fee) public parking lot behind the building, but as our visit was on a Saturday night, the lot was full.“
“It was me and my wifes 5 year anniversary and we decided to celebrate at flemings steakhouse. Food and service were great. My wife loved their 35 oz tomahawk steak and I had the bbq glazed salmon. Both entrees were delicious. The sides that came with our meal were out of this world!! I loved the chipotle mac and cheese and cream spinach. We got the carrot cake for dessert and it was on point. Thank you fleming for an unbelievable experience!!“
“Awesome ambiance and great hospitality, stopped by with a few coworkers for some drinks and was very happy I did . Food and drinks are amazing . This place exceeded my expectations and every staff member is so kind , really recommend coming here you won't be disappointed!“
“Centro is authentic rustic Italian salads, sandwiches and wood fired pizzas at a reasonable price. Their wines and craft beer are fantastic! We’ve been going for years and get the same great food and service every time. It’s great to have a place like this in the old town Tustin area.“
“The cheese selection is always great. I tried the smoked Gouda and honey grilled cheese with prosciutto, it was amazing!!! The cheese and mustard dipping sauce was to die for. The best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. I hope they keep this on the menu.“
“First time dining at this restaurant with my family and it was even better than what I expected! The service was excellent, the food was amazing and the prices were reasonable. Above all, what drove us to eat here was what it stands for their American patriotism.Coming from a military family, they had flags of military branches. The portions and authenticity of the food ,fugeet about it...Will be back soon “
“Sarah is very sweet and welcoming. She’s the reason I keep going. Their food is a hit or miss unfortunately. They have happy hour which is nice. Definitely try their mystery flight, you might find a new favorite wine. ? Wine, dine and bring a book. There’s a seat here for everyone.“
“In town for the #expowest2024 show and decided to spend the weekend in Huntington, Beach. Looked up of lots of places and landed on The Black Trumpet…I’m in the food business and travel a lot, so when eating out it takes a high level of execution to really get me excited! This place absolutely exceeded my expectations on every level! We tried a little of everything, and we were blown away….filet empanadas were absolutely the best I’ve ever had hands down! From the first course to dessert with a nice port, we were just in love! Service was impeccable and atmosphere was just perfect! So glad we made the stop, and it will certainly be my go to next time I’m in town!“
“We were staying at this hotel with a group of 10 kids and adults. We originally had dinner reservations at Disney Adventure Park but the place was crushed and they told us our reservations would be delayed by up to an hour ..... so we decided to have dinner at Manchester back at the hotel and were VERY glad we did. This place is a hidden gem!The hostess/bartender (Ellen) was fantastic. Super friendly, funny, and knowledgeable and she did an amazing job churning out a huge selection of drinks, even making some off-menu mocktails for the kids. Its worth it to visit this place just for her.The food was great and came out fast and hot. Most of us had flatbreads and they were really tasty and fresh. The mushroom flatbread in particular was really delicious.Overall would highly recommend this place for dinner, especially if you're staying at this or a nearby hotel and especially if you want a MUCH better alternative to an over-priced meal at Disney.“
“Needed an after work spot to grab a drink and this spot was a good pick. Settled under the stairs on the bottom floor of the Anaheim Packing House, this train car bar has a great menu of classic cocktails and house drink specials. It's got a cool, vintage feel to it and the bartenders put a lot of care into each order. There are tables/seating inside, and a few tiny benches in front next to the entrance to sip your drinks at. It was actually quite hard for the group of us to decide what we wanted. Everything looked great. We settled on a Penicillin; a Paper Plane; and a Lost Luggage. Everything was tasty and came out fast enough, considering you're getting hand-crafted cocktails. They've got wine and beer options, as well as a spirits list Free parking if you can find it in the APH lot. If not, street parking or valet for $8.“
“One of the best places in the area for drinks. Mix that with a lo-fi DJ on certain days + an animistic ambiance and you have a potent concoction for a sultry evening. Speaking concoctions, “An Incan Ruin” is a veritable elixir of mysticism x flavor. 10/10 would recommend.“
“Our new favorite bar! (Beer & wine only) We heard about driftwood from several locals and finally stopped in while we waited for a pizza from next door. Tria the bartender was so sweet and KILLING it! The only bartender and the place was very crowded on a Friday afternoon during their awesome happy hour! *2-7 m-f Very friendly crowd. We came back the next day to have our rainy day brightened again by Tria Just go! You can bring food in and there's a mexi cafe as well as pizza in the complex.“
“My group and I hit up Bacchus' speakeasy, Cozy Pine, recently, and let me tell ya, cozy is right! This spot is small, like really small. If you or someone nearby is a bit on the big side, expect some bumping around. But we dug the whole outdoorsy vibe they had going on. Now let's talk about the snacks! Fried goat cheese balls? Check. Blue crab dip? Double check. Deviled eggs? Oh yeah. The only letdown was the shishito peppers - a bit on the oily side. As for drinks, I went for a mocktail that tasted like lemonade, but my group seemed happy with their choices. Shoutout to the friendly and attentive staff!“
“Great dinner with friends on Saturday night. Very busy, but the manager was totally organized. The bar is small, but she kept in contact with customers waiting. Seated us right on time. Perfect lobster ravioli and fettuccine bolonaise. Attentive staff heard us talking about a missed birthday and surprised us w cheesecake w "happy birthday" scrolled in chocolate on the plates. Nicely done!Parking: Large open free self parking lot between Plaza drive and Sunflower.“
