“This is my favorite place for last- minute cravings. The quality of food is consistently fresh and good. The owner has always been improving and expanding the menu selections. The staff is efficient yet friendly. The ambience is getting better by the day since we started dining there over 2 decades ago, I am not giving it a 5-star mainly because the rest rooms are situated outside and around the corner but this will too be remedied after the expansion plan is completed in the next few months. By the way, there's underground parking in the complex in case you can't find space on the street.“

“Just went here for the first time last weekend. The atmosphere was amazing. We got to sit on the couch which was comfy and spacious. The food was good, especially the bruschetta! There are about 12 different types to get. The iced tea was one of the best I have had, which sounds like an odd thing to say but when you try it you'll understand why. The Happy Hour prices are unmatched, best I have ever seen. Sadly couldn't partake this time but I will absolutely will be coming back soon.“

“After a long day at a conference at The Ritz, ten of us took an uber to this gem of a restaurant. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The smell of wood-fired pizza immediately set my mind on pizza and wine. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Everyone in our party raved about the food they ordered. Our server was delightful, fun, and knowledgable and she managed our party perfectly. I look forward to returning.“

“Wonderful experience dining at Seasons 52. Our server Juan took great care of us and I’ve never had a more perfectly cooked tender steak. It was a birthday celebration & they made us feel so special. Ambiance was intimate & warm. Before our meals end we were plotting our next return and who we were bringing with us. As we left, I was able to express to John the manager just how much we enjoyed our evening at Seasons 52.“

“We really enjoyed the service by Taylor. We picked a wine flight to sample that was too fruity and not in our desired palette, Taylor noticed and brought us something drier and more of our liking. We found some wines we really liked and ordered some glasses of wine after our wine flight. Would recommend for service and atmosphere. A fun date spot for before or after dinner. “Got the Tokyo Mazeman regular everything (garlic, etc) and it was AMAZING. Glad they gave rice for the end because I wanted to soak up the leftover sauce and chives. Also, adding their house vinegar really makes the mazeman and cuts into the oils of the sauce - highly recommend. “I don't know why there isn't a long line out in front of this restaurant every night. It is a small restaurant in a location that is slightly off the restaurant beaten path. But it is Onotria, the same owner and chef as the previous iteration of Onotria that has been one of the most highly regarded restaurants in Orange County - and definitely on of the best Italian restaurants in the county for many years. The original Onotria took a hiatus for a few years but is back now in its new location with excellent food - perhaps now a little more innovative and modern. The service also excellent with a little more warmth and attentiveness thrown in, perhaps a consequence of the small venue. There were four of us, we all sampled each other's food and all agreed that it was outstanding as was the service. It's great to have Onotria back. It's definitely one of the "must try " Italian restaurants in The OC.“

“This is a very special place. Open for dinner only Tuesday through Saturday reservations are a must. It only seats 8 or 10 parties so it is small and intimate. The food is exquisite. Courses are small but you will want to order a few. The prix fixe menu is a great way to go.“

Looked up of lots of places and landed on The Black Trumpet…I’m in the food business and travel a lot, so when eating out it takes a high level of execution to really get me excited! This place absolutely exceeded my expectations on every level! We tried a little of everything, and we were blown away….filet empanadas were absolutely the best I’ve ever had hands down! From the first course to dessert with a nice port, we were just in love! Service was impeccable and atmosphere was just perfect! So glad we made the stop, and it will certainly be my go to next time I’m in town!“
“Enjoyed Foretti's... solid Italian with nightly specials. Consistent and very good. Have been there many times and will continue to go back. Pasta's are good and homemade... full bar which is nice. Picture is of the Braised Short Rib Pappardelle... which was delicious! The pizza's are from a real wood burning pizza oven. The service is good... very attentive! The one lacking thing for 4 stars is the wine list... we brought our own... but ordered a second bottle and they had a limited selection.“
