It was our first visit to Verde, and absolutely loved it! Everything was amazing including the beet salad, chili, salmon crudo, and the trout entree! Sebastian at the bar provided excellent customer service and made dalish craft cocktails! And a major bonus is that they are a part of the AAdvantage dining program, which is very important for me...

Verde Restaurant is a chic and intimate spot, offering elevated Mexican and farm-to-table cuisine that feels fresh, modern, and wonderfully unpretentious. The food is delicious, fresh, and flavorful, with simple ingredients expertly prepared. Must-try dishes include the short rib tacos, the seasonal ceviche, the roasted carrots, the pork chop, the trout, and the surprisingly good cheeseburger with soft fries. The creamy cheesecake is also a highlight. While some dishes can be slightly salty, all are excellent. The bar crafts superb Negronis, though the selection is not all-inclusive.
The space features a cool lower-level bar and offers free corkage. A minor note is ambient noise from nearby air traffic, but it is easily forgotten amidst the delightful food and warm, welcoming ambiance. This restaurant is a wonderful find and comes highly recommended.
