Bar Tinto is more than a hidden gem. It is a rare find in Orange County. It offers some of the best Mexico City style food items I’ve had anywhere other than CDMX itself. The chef uses his free range of creativity and offers such unique and amazing ingredients in all of his dishes. He truly cares and has a passion for beautiful food.
