“Discovered Xe Com Tam VH via an Instagram Reel a few weeks ago and had to check them out during my trip home!

They now have two Brick & Mortar Locations (Westminster and Fountain Valley) and closed the truck location.

I ordered the Speciality Rice Plate and got the Pork Chop plate for my Dad. The meat was absolutely delicious and had that beautiful charred smell! The portions were absolute ginormous, I believe each plate can be shared amongst two averagely hungry people. Each order came with a side of soup and a complimentary Nuoc Mat drink.

Each plate was about $15 each, absolutely delicious while bang for your buck. Definitely recommend!“

“After 7 years not coming back and the chef still remembers my name ? I have been treated so well by this taco truck since the first day I moved to California. They used to have baja shrimp and baja fish, but now the truck is known for grilled seafood tacos. I highly recommend grilled octopus and shrimp tacos without cheese. The portion is great, people should be satisfied with 3-4 tacos. I will always comeback for them every week!“

“I get a medium broth every weekend because it is delicious has rice and chickpeas, the tacos are also great but keep in mind they might have small bones in case you feed small children. The red sauce is spicy but really good. You can eat outside but i usually take it home.“

Try these yummy dumplings filled with Seasoned Chicken, Pepper Jack Cheese-filled dumplings, battered and crusted with corn flakes. “I visited Adam's Tacos tonight (formerly Tacos Manuel) to pick up tacos for the family and had a great experience. Adam was very friendly and gave me some recommendations to bring home. We had the carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, cabeza, and lengua tacos. Everything had great flavor - our favorite was the carne asada. We loved the grilled onions! Not sure how they're seasoned, but they were good! Also, the prices were very reasonable. My experience with food trucks has been that they are generally overpriced. Not the case at Adam's Tacos. We fed our family of 5 under $40 which is not very common these days. If you're looking for good tacos in the area, I'd recommend you give this place a shot.“

“I love Maurice’s treats I mean, overall they get five stars always! Then not every single thing in the cart is a hit for me. This croissant cookie was good…. But it was a little over the top? The first couple of bites were great with coffee, especially on the outside where it’s crispy but just towards the middle of the whole thing it’s kind of chewy. It’s heavy in butter and grease and then coated heavily with sugar. SO, I think you should definitely get it to taste it, but share it between at least 3 to 5 people.

The nitro cold brew is good. Although I wouldn’t mind pouring mine over ice next time. I would recommend skipping flavorings added to it because it seemed to take away the delicious roasted coffee flavor.“
