“I have been coming to this location for quite some time, and while I was disappointed to find out that my favorite Kalua Pork Bowl is no longer on the menu, Bianca completely turned my experience around.

She recommended a similar dish, and I ended up loving it! Bianca is always welcoming, friendly, and has a smile that makes every customer feel valued. Her knowledge of the menu is outstanding, and she's always happy to answer questions and make great recommendations.

What impressed me even more was watching her help her coworkers while keeping up with taking orders and delivering food to guests, including me. She truly goes above and beyond, and it's clear she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.

Every time I visit, Bianca consistently provides an exceptional experience. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back. She absolutely deserves recognition—and in my opinion, a well-earned raise!

“I had the carnitas nachos and they had literally 4 strands of meat. The "cheese" was liquid, the sour cream was a dollop size and had a million of jalapeño slices and 10 gazillion nachos o and maybe 2 spoonfuls of beans. Soup spoonfuls. Worst fast food ever. Boise Id“

“I visited Adam's Tacos tonight (formerly Tacos Manuel) to pick up tacos for the family and had a great experience. Adam was very friendly and gave me some recommendations to bring home. We had the carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, cabeza, and lengua tacos. Everything had great flavor - our favorite was the carne asada. We loved the grilled onions! Not sure how they're seasoned, but they were good! Also, the prices were very reasonable. My experience with food trucks has been that they are generally overpriced. Not the case at Adam's Tacos. We fed our family of 5 under $40 which is not very common these days. If you're looking for good tacos in the area, I'd recommend you give this place a shot.“

It’s kind of a RARE GEM I would say, because it’s hidden off of a smaller residential Street, called standard, and Edinger, which is a main street but it’s tucked in the corner behind the gas station. For many visits, all I ordered were the Birria & queso Birria tacos with their delicious consome.. THEN, I started trying all their other things like the huaraches and more and honestly, their menu is so vast and so many options and everything is delicious. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything to be honest!

And they make homemade Agua Fresca’s and I feel like it’s only a little bit of sugar and they’re so good. You guys can’t get your meal without one!

This is a cool little hole in the wall, but nice hole in the wall just meaning it’s a small restaurant, but they have tables and boots so you can come sit down.. it’s a great date night spot also!

“So my wife wanted some chicken nachos. I looked at my list of places which I have for almost any category of food and this one was under burritos. I call ahead to make sure they have chicken nachos. Young lady said yes we drove from Tustin over Garden Grove and well worth a drive. It was fire. I wish I would’ve had it under my Carne Asada fries category because they were fired. I would definitely be going back just for that and also was recommended to eat the Bandito fries by a tow truck driver.(in the parking lot of a liquor store in case you need your beverages.)“

“Been coming here for years since i was a little girl where they first began on the corner off civic center & fairview , now located on Bristol & first street behind a shopping center , it’s amazing how i got close to the owner as now knows my husband and I and the lovely ladys as well , they already know us by the usual we always get !! Which are the Street Hot Dogs as we toss in some green salsa and it hits the spot !! Especially homemade avena for the cold weather!! “I have a difficult time finding late night taco trucks since moving down to Orange County, but on my way home from a Punk show, I accidentally passed by this spot and had to flipped a uey. Absolutely worth the questionable traffic violation. My Spanish isn't great but ordered 4 al pastor tacos with the spiciest salsa (roja). Perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful, and has the classic charred bits for a nice crunch which I love. The salsa roja does not play. I'm Lao/Thai and it's easily a 4/5 spicy, but did not overpower the taste of the tacos. It was missing pineapples for a classic al pastor, but it's okay, it was still great. Finding tacos for under $3 in this economy is rough, but bless the taqueros who keep it affordable and tasty.“

“We had a California burrito and a 2 taco plate and a side of churros with caramel sauce.

Service was great, fast and friendly!
