“Weird vibe between self serve and sit down dining. The foods good but the concept is odd. You order yourself on a touch screen then they call it your name for pickup. But it gets loud and you have to huddle around the pickup station. Tables and chairs are hard. Staff was friendly and on top of cleanliness.“

“This Jack in the Box on Lincoln consistently delivers exceptional service. Gonzalo and every other staff member I’ve interacted with have been an absolute pleasure to order from. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great one.

It’s rare to find a fast-food location where the customer service is this consistently solid, but this team sets the bar high every single time. You can tell they care about doing things right and making customers feel welcome - even if they have to order online sometimes for long work day shifts. (like me 😂)

Stopped in here with a buddy to have lunch. Awesome selection of proteins to build tacos from. They also have HUGE burritos that they construct. Food is delicious. Staff are super cool. Customer service on point 👉🏻. Dining area is either clean or prepped for next use. Facilities are clean and very well maintained. Located at Bella Terra so it is very convenient to eat and take care of some shopping errands. Will surely return on many shopping occasions!

“Variety wise Guisados has the most unique flavor profiles for tacos I have come by in long beach. The sampler is a great way to get your whistle wet and see which is your favorite. The tamales will give any abuela a run for her money. The customer service is great and you can taste the love and tradition of put into each bite ❤️“

“Called in our order and it was ready in under 15 minutes. The tortillas and machaca burrito are amazing! This may be the first time I've had a burrito and not wanted to put salsa on it. They had great pickles in the salsa bar.

Wasn't as big of a fan of the chilequiles (soggy) and aguas. I'll be back to check out the specials they run midweek. Service was fast and friendly.“

“I visit Long Beach California every summer and was recommended this location by a local.

Their 10 dollar family meal is amazing value. It comes with 3 tacos, beans, and rice. I got the al pastor as it was on the wheel. They were amazing! Slightly charred, seasoned perfectly, and a good portion. You make your order, they give you your food, and you garnish with whatever you like.

Obviously, it's 5 stars in my book.

“One of my daughter’s favorite spots! I’ve passed by many times, and she finally convinced me to check it out. It’s located outside the Bank of America plaza on Bolsa and Magnolia, with easy and plentiful parking.

The vibe is lively and welcoming, like a family cookout. They grill pork off the spit, and beef and chicken slow cooked to perfection, all served in warm, small corn tortillas. The organized sauce bar lets you customize, and the cooks grill onions to your liking.

I feel like they are using the wrong ingredients or the incorrect order because the lettuce was soggy and drove down the taste. By no means is this bad food. I think it just needs some rethinking. Dont change the meat. Do avocado instead of guac on the torta. Find a way to keep the lettuce crispy. And i think the cilantro may not belong in the torta. But other than that this is a good restaurant. I think with some small tweaks, it deserves a 5 star.“
