“Shout out to Baran Mediterranean restaurant. We had a superbowl/ 50th birthday party yesterday and everything was literally perfect. Food/staff/ decorations/ cake, everything was perfect. There's nothing I would change or do differently. We had a party of 80 and everyone has been texting today saying how good the food was. Go try them out, you won't regret it. We had an unforgettable experience, and it’s all thanks to Cienna.

I had originally made a reservation thinking it was for the rooftop at Valencia so my wife and I could enjoy fireworks for her birthday—but that was my mistake. The reservation ended up being for the lobby-level restaurant, which didn’t offer the view I had planned for. Totally on me.

That’s where Cienna stepped in and absolutely saved the night.

Without hesitation, she took the initiative to contact the sister restaurant on the property—the *correct* location I meant to book—and worked her magic to see if they could accommodate us. She didn’t have to do any of that, but she genuinely cared about making our evening special.

Because of her effort, coordination, and follow-through, everything came together perfectly. What could have been a disappointing mix-up turned into a seamless, memorable birthday experience for my wife.

“We had an absolutely amazing experience at Top of The V! We celebrated an early Mother’s Day dinner with friends, and it turned out to be such a memorable and special evening for all of us.

The ambiance was elegant yet very welcoming, and the stunning view overlooking Disneyland made the night feel even more magical. Sharing great food, laughter, and wonderful company while enjoying the beautiful scenery created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.

The food was exceptional from start to finish. The aged steak was cooked perfectly tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The paella was rich and full of flavor, and the short ribs were incredibly soft and savory. We also loved the desserts, which were the perfect ending to such a wonderful meal. Every dish was beautifully presented and truly impressive.

What made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Our server, Brisa, was phenomenal. She was always smiling, attentive, accommodating, professional, and genuinely warm throughout the entire evening. She made us feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we sat down until the end of our dinner. Her positive energy and excellent service truly elevated our experience.

We also want to recognize Annabelle, one of the hostesses, who was incredibly kind, funny, and friendly. Her cheerful personality immediately made us feel comfortable and added such a fun and welcoming touch to the evening.

“This a spot you should pay a visit if you’re in Anaheim. It feels like a genuine crafthouse, which sets it apart to the disney-atmosphere most bars have here. The burgers are so-so good: high quality and tastful rather than just greasy and overly large portions. The beer selection is huge: over 30 local brews from tap. Happy hour seems quite busy, possibly best to avoid (16:00-17:00).“

“I have coming to this location for about a year now and have had the privileged to me most of all of the bartenders and to be honest I sometimes only stop by to grab food .. my fave is bacon wrapped hot dog , it’s loaded and so yummy. Also, all the finger foods are amazing and I’m able take home to indulge during my movie nights at home. One last thing - Amanda the bartender is one of my favs she’s so nice and even with a full bar she makes you feel like you’re the only one there giving you all the attention.“

“It was our first time going to Rise Rooftop. The server and staff were very kind and provided great service. We loved the DJ and her choice of music. The food and drinks were very good as well. We can't wait to come back on a future trip.“

“This was our first time at Broken Spirits and figured Halloween would be the best. They are located in an old craftsman house in Anaheim and is themed around the haunted mansion. The food, spirits and deco were great. The food was good portions with the pizza slices being huge. The pizza slices are huge so one is enough. The drinks were all well balanced. For a date night or a fun out with friends I would definitely recommend and we will be returning soon“

“GCH Craftsman Grill offers a quick and convenient spot to grab baked goods, snacks, drinks, hot meals, and more. From take-out to dine-in, they're open from morning through late night. Entrance for most visitors (without a hotel reservation) is from Downtown Disney and through the Grand California Hotel lobby.

I love coming here to try out seasonal items or enjoy some of the regular menu items. There are plenty of drink options, including alcoholic beverages.

A few of my current menu favorites are the breakfast burrito, American breakfast, Angus burger, pizzas, and Hot Dog of the Month. The HOTM for Sept 2025 is the Cheeseburger Dog with fries. The combination of the cheeseburger and hot dog worked surprisingly well. The fries were coated, hot, and crispy. Overall, the meal was hearty and filling. Grab a few extra napkins, since it is a little messy.

The dining areas are generally clean and pleasant, featuring both Indoor (with AC) and patio tables just outside. You may occasionally encounter loud children and families, as it's located in a Disney hotel.

The service has been friendly, and the food is served promptly and brought to your table. The staff also helps clear the used plates or you can bus yourself.“

“We were recently passing through Pasadena and boy, did Yelp come through for us when picking a place to eat! Craft by Smoke & Fire in Old Town Pasadena ended up being the perfect choice. It was a beautiful evening and we opted to sit outside. We were lucky enough to have Stephanie as our server…and also lucky to be there during happy hour – you gotta love a 2 for 1 drink special! It was hard to choose between all the craft cocktails, but we ended up ordering Lulu Lemons which were excellent! I play mixologist when entertaining at home, and when I expressed interest in recreating this drink for our friends, Stephanie was kind enough to share the recipe! The menu is full of yummy Texas-style BBQ options made from locally sourced meat, and it was hard to choose. We landed on brisket grilled cheese with a side of mac & cheese (can you have too much cheese?!) and a harvest brisket salad. Both were so delicious. The outside table area was pretty full and although she was covering a lot of tables, Stephanie was knowledgeable when guiding us through the menu, super attentive and personable to boot! We look forward to returning…and to checking out their Anaheim location as well!“

After that he was fairly attentive, but we waited 16 minutes (based on when we texted a friend that we’d gotten a table). The karaoke was way too loud, which wouldn’t be a huge deal but it was the drunkest off-tune people including a girl who went up repeatedly. Wished the speakers were turned down a bit so the whole restaurant didn’t have to be subjected to it.“

“This is an odd place. There are so many questions about it. It seems to be some sort of event space . It’s unfinished as you enter the building- really weird but get past that and have a seat- you will quickly forget about that.

The restaurant/room is very bright (wish they would dim the lights a bit) and formal setting but California casual seems fine for attire.

The food- absolutely outstanding. We had a business dinner with about 10 people and everyone was very happy with their meal. There is a comment about the steaks- get the fillet over the NY. Much better cut and it was noticeable.

Their house Old Fashion was with Makers Mark and came with a cinnamon stick- thought it was odd but tasted fantastic.

I have eaten at some very nice steak houses and I have to say the food here is amazing but the setting is odd. I would rate it a 4+ overall. I want to give it a 5 but can’t- there are so many weird things going on outside the one room restaurant.“

Our to go order was confusing, as it got split up and the waiter took my number before the second part arrived - luckily I was staying their to wait with friends or else I would have walked out without my full order. So make sure to check your TO GO bags before leaving! :)“

Parking free for two hours at Garden Walk (about five min walk) with validation. Booked on Open Table, but there was seating around dinner time on Friday. Happy Hour was limited to cocktail list, and not published. Published for Tues/Wed.

I would go back and bring visitors.
