“My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, and last night we decided to try Signature Thai Bistro. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness. “Showed up with my boy who was visiting from out of town. Never been to a lounge or bar in Santa Ana before. This is definitely the neighborhood spot, but they made me and my friend feel like regulars.

Claudia hooked it up with the libations. She made it happen. I mean you won’t get Clase Azul here but you’ll get first class food and service.

I had no idea the food was going to be on point as it was and it surprised me. You expect bar food, but this food is on another level. Fresh made tortilla chips served hot with mouth watering and juicy tacos. I had the asada and al pastor. Served hot and fresh.

Claudia and the chef Josh made it real nice for the experience. I highly recommend if you’re in Santa Ana. It’s dark in there so when we came out the doors at 5p you definitely need sun shades or time to adjust.

“If you are into dive bars, this is a good one. It's actually really chill inside and the patrons that come here are just looking to have a good time and maybe chat with some cool bikini bartenders.
We usually stop in after a game for some pool and drinks and have always had great service and not too long of a wait for a game of pool. Drinks are average to good prices and the girls are quick with the service.

“We had an absolutely amazing experience at Top of The V! We celebrated an early Mother’s Day dinner with friends, and it turned out to be such a memorable and special evening for all of us.

The ambiance was elegant yet very welcoming, and the stunning view overlooking Disneyland made the night feel even more magical. Sharing great food, laughter, and wonderful company while enjoying the beautiful scenery created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.

The food was exceptional from start to finish. The aged steak was cooked perfectly tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The paella was rich and full of flavor, and the short ribs were incredibly soft and savory. We also loved the desserts, which were the perfect ending to such a wonderful meal. Every dish was beautifully presented and truly impressive.

What made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Our server, Brisa, was phenomenal. She was always smiling, attentive, accommodating, professional, and genuinely warm throughout the entire evening. She made us feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we sat down until the end of our dinner. Her positive energy and excellent service truly elevated our experience.

“This is my favorite spot to go to! The food is spectacular and the staff is always helpful and efficient! It gets pretty busy so we usually make a reservation to avoid waiting too long. There are 2 areas for dining and a bar area. The food is consistently good every time and they keep checking on drinks for refills. The hot tea is always good too. My favorites are the won ton soup, egg fried rice and the sweet and sour chicken. It gets a little loud sometimes because it gets really busy but it's not too hard to hear each other talk“

“I have coming to this location for about a year now and have had the privileged to me most of all of the bartenders and to be honest I sometimes only stop by to grab food .. my fave is bacon wrapped hot dog , it’s loaded and so yummy. Also, all the finger foods are amazing and I’m able take home to indulge during my movie nights at home. One last thing - Amanda the bartender is one of my favs she’s so nice and even with a full bar she makes you feel like you’re the only one there giving you all the attention.“

“My wife and I's experience at The Blind Rabbit was absolutely amazing. We're from Georg and it was my first speakeasy and it was such a good time. We went on Thursday, Sergio and Alex were the bartenders and they treated us just like we were long time friends. The drinks were top notch, quickly served, and delicious!!

We loved it so much, we went back on Friday after a memorial for my wife's Grandmother. This time we had Sergio and Cameron. Again, top notch service, great drinks, and genuinely good people.

The atmosphere was perfect. Dim lighting, excellent decor/vibe, seating for about 20 - 30 total people (make sure you get a reservation).

Anytime we go back to this area, we are definitely stopping in again!

I've seen their business increase. The food is very good and competitively priced. Some comments I read earlier that it was overly priced they must go to Denny's a lot. The weekends get packed. Sometimes 1-2 hour wait for dinner. They have entertainment on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. They also have great Happy Hour specials M-F.
