I'm not sure why I'd order Mexican food anywhere else when Minimex is down the street. My neighbor and I were in search for a hefty breakfast after a night out. I wouldn't settle for anything less than chilaquiles, so we did our research and stumbled on this Mexican eatery. I was originally heading towards "two hands seoul fresh corn dogs" during my lunch break- but thennnnnn i glanced briefly towards my left side window as i drove down Main Street, and saw this taqueria so i made a quick U-ey and turned in. YUP! so glad i did ^__^ i got two lenguas and carnitas tacos, and a portion of chile rellanos to go. OH! and a ginormous cup of Horchata on the side. One of the best breakfast burrito spots in the area, Portions are good & have authentic flavor. I recommend their carne asada breakfast burrito! The workers their are all very friendly & welcoming! Definitely recommend giving this spot a try!
