“If you’re craving teriyaki chicken and beef, this place is it. First bite, noticed how good the quality of meat is. The prices are so reasonable and good for how good the quality is and how filling it is. I got the beef and chicken plate and I usually eat a lot, but I was so full with a quarter of it still left. This was 1000% a solid teriyaki bowl and will come back for more.“

“My husband and I where staying at the beach for our Anniversary and the Pocket was right down the street. We walked over got some burgers and drinks . It was really good and the fresh watermelon drink was good . We will back down in June for our 2 nd Anniversary . So see you soon the owners are amazing people try it out.“

“I have been to many Wabas over the past few years and this is still my preferred location. Chicken bowls are not complex and shouldn’t be that hard to deliver a solid bowl/ plate. They cook the chicken well, don’t skimp on the protein compared to other locations, and have good customer service. It’s also clean, solid music lol and overall a decent spot for a quick lunch/post gym sesh/etc. I feel this place deserved a review - I don’t always have time to make them but here n there I’ll make time for the worthy ones.“

I was so lucky I got the white meat bowl with white rice and five potstickers I only managed to save a bite for myself so I could tell you how delicious it actually was my roommate had to enjoy the rest but for less than $15 to get both an hors d’oeuvre and a main course? The Premium AYCE menu was packed with high-quality options, including tender Wagyu ribeye, fresh sushi rolls, and unique Korean ice cream soju cocktails. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented.

Beyond the food, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. The space was clean, modern, and welcoming, making it a great spot for date nights, celebrations, or a fun dinner with friends. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the meal, which made the experience even better.

“Wow. Seated promptly on a busy Thursday night, drinks and orders were taken and received in a timely manner, and waiter had great solutions to food preference. Restroom was clean, open windows provided a nice airy breeze even though the place was packed. Food portions were decent. I have nothing negative to say! I've tried multiple restaurant's salmon carpaccio dish, and this one was different in a tasty way. Yum!“

“Came when it wasn't busy. Shared a large poke bowl between the 2 of us which was plenty of food. We ordered salmon, tuna, albacore, and tempura shrimp as our proteins and liked that they offered seaweed salad, mango, mandarin, tamago, edamame, ginger, smelt egg as toppings.
It was a little warm when we stayed indoors to eat. They also had outdoor seating.“

“Food seems to be always fresh and customer service is great. I usually ask for extra rice because I love the rice much more than the meat. I'm not a meat lover because I've had problems with my bite but the rice is so on point with teriyaki sauce and green onion. I miss the orange pieces that they used to serve when they first opened in the city of orange off Chapman/ prospect Blvd in 2011 next to stater brother but that okay nothing stay the same forever. “My daughter and I have been on a teriyaki spree during our trip, so we decided to give this place a try. The online menu doesn't show everything they offer. Besides the usual chicken and beef teriyaki bowls and plates, they also have wraps, salads, and quesadillas. You can also get brunch/breakfast items like waffles, crepes, pancakes, and smoothies. A very wide range of options. The shrimp options are crossed off the menu in the store.

The lady behind the counter was super nice and patient as I couldn't decide what I wanted. My daughter got a chicken wrap, and I got a half-and-half beef and chicken teriyaki bowl. The meat was well-cooked (the beef was not chewy but very tender), but the teriyaki sauce is served on the side or on top of the meat, not seared and marinated in it. It was good but not as good as some other teriyaki places we visited, and the price was the same.

The store was very clean, and everything was made to order. There is a small seating area outside. We would eat here again if we didn't have other options.

“Went here for something different. Got the spicy chicken bowl with veggies and rice. It made for a nice lunch. Service was fast and efficient. The chicken was nicely flavored but not well cut or trimmed with a few pieces of gristle. There was way more rice than veggies but overall it was filling. I would return for a non-sandwich lunch.“
