“It's difficult to find good vegan and gluten food so when there are options, I'm curious to taste and see if it is any good. I had the beef brócoli substitute the beef for ham and it was good, I enjoyed it. My husband had the shaking beef and he liked it too, he wished it had more of the marinade/sauce. “yummmmmmm! It's a pretty small dining room in a busy shopping center & easy to miss. You'd never expect a Chinese food restaurant to be called "Sullivan" but this place is the real deal. The food was fresh & hot. The veggies were perfectly cooked, seasoned, & crispy. The meat was tender & flavorful. The won ton soup was amazing, full of chicken, shrimp, pork, wontons, & some veggies. The owner is warm & inviting. They were celebrating their 15th anniversary when we went there and had some bonus tasty treats to share with customers & send you home with a bunch. My favorite was a deep fried egglant. The owner said it's hard to make & not on the regular menu. What a treat! We've had great Chinese food at the San Gabriel Valley & it was nice to find a place just as good down here.“
“This review is for the KUNG PAO CHICKEN and the nice employee. I've lived in the area for over 40 years and... um NEVER been here before! Not exactly sure how long it's been here. There were two Chinese restaurants I frequent and one has gone a little down hill AND is further away from my house and the other closed, so it's time to check out a replacement. I ordered Kung Pao cuz it's one of my husband's favorites and since we don't eat much anymore, we only needed one entree to share. IT WAS DELICIOUS AND HONESTLY THE BEST KING PAO I'VE EVER HAD!! It had the right amount of seasoning and was NOT overly salty. Like some, I'm fine with MSG, so I don't notice it. Also at $17 for one entree, which included enough rice for both of us, we ended up with THREE servings! We both ate it for dinner and I had enough to eat it again for lunch! The kid who helped me was in an exceptionally good mood cuz he had just got his driver's license. LOL I'll be back to try another entree soon!“

“The place has a very calming vibe to it upon entering. It's peaceful but not oddly quiet. We were waited on right away to take our drink order, which gave us time to decide on the dinner. General tasks for hubby. Very flavorful. I had the chowmein with crispy noodles. Again so flavorful! We'll be back for sure!“

“Was pleasantly surprised when I requested no chow mein or rice on a 2 item combo, and they filled the tray with veggies and main dishes. Places like Panda Express would never do this, or they'd charge more. It's standard steam table Chinese. Service is quick and friendly, even with custom orders. Our company ordered trays for the last holiday party, and there was so much food (and really delicious beef and broccoli) for a reasonable price. Highly recommend the combos for a quick and tasty lunch.Parking: Plenty of parking (it's adjacent to a grocery store).“

“Love this little Chinese resto in HB. Very consistent. Food is delicious. Great customer service. Restaurant has only a few tables but don't judge based on few tables. Food is delicious and fresh. I love their wonton soup. So fresh with lots of veggies, sliced chicken breast, shrimps and wontons. House special chicken and rice are yummy and kung pao 3 flavors are a must.“
