“My fave sandwich and wrap place in Seal. I crave their pastrami wrap just about every week (since I discovered in 2020 that some Subway locations offer pastrami). Cheerful service by an older fellow and less so by the gals, generous with the toppings (I prefer extra veggies), good price point. Grateful to live close to this crew and location! “Hidden gem. The food is super yummy and generously portioned. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere was really pretty. Super convenient lunch spot if you go to Cypress College. Will definitely come back! Picture is of me eating my order across the street at my college. :)“

“The Reason for food being 3 is because although the sandwich i had was very good, it was nothing new or different. It was just the wich itself if you wanted a side it was extra and they were bagged chips the beer selection was nice though i always come back for that.“
