Brugge's Bagels is a delightful place to enjoy a variety of tasty bagels! We tried the smoked salmon with cream cheese, along with a standard cream cheese bagel, a western bagel, and a breakfast egg bagel. Every bagel was delicious, and everyone loved their choices. The outdoor patio is a lovely spot to sit when the weather is nice, and there’s also comfortable indoor seating plus handy parking around the back, making it easy to visit. Good brisket bagel sandwich, but I had to tear it apart as it wasn’t t cut all the way through. Made a mess then. Beautiful morning showing 73 outside, but hot inside. Lots of fans, but none of them running. Cool garage door windows, but none open? Not sure I’ll be back to this greenhouse.
Service was good. I was still in line and the guy behind the counter proactively asked me what I was ordering so he could get started. Nice!

Great bagels but service can be a little confusing and slow. The handoff between the person who prepares the bagel and the person who takes payment is not smooth.
