You can never go wrong with Sugarfish: excellent quality, priced reasonably, so yummy.

Excellent food value (surprise me, SM lite) & service.
Go during weekdays 1at seating if you can.
Kama (?) toro is excellent.
Weekend is a little hit and miss either way rice falling off and uni not so fresh (B-/C), mistaken orders.
Tasteful. Excellent attention to detail overall.
Management: not big deal but please clean under the table.
