This is my second visit here. I used 2 of my Hyatt Free night certificate here. I feel it is the best use of my certificate as a Globalist. You get complimentary breakfast at The Shor. We were told we could get 4 entrees and drinks or something like that with our Globalist status. We were comp the whole breakfast which bravo Hyatt Newport Beach! Juan at the Shor was a great server. World of Hyatt member and this place was perfect! In town for a conference. I was first greeted by the valet staff. Chris was extremely helpful. I flew in from Texas, the airport gave me an electric car and I just wanted to get my bags in my room and head back out and explore the area. Chris was more than a wealth of information and I hadn't even stepped into the hotel yet. The desk staff (name) was super helpful with my options being a World of Hyatt member. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach for 4 nights right after Thanksgiving. We were greeted by Ashley with the biggest smile and personality. Being a Globalist, we used our suite award upgrade. Ashley informed us the we were upgraded to a Villa for our stay. The villa was fantastic with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen and a private pool!
