“Wonderful family owned place! The most authentic Italian restaurant outside of Italy. At Il Farro food is prepared with attention and real LOVE. Everything from the appetizers to dessert were perfect. Every dish is made with true italian fresh and natural ingredients and is made by traditional recipes. The talented chef M. makes pastas and pizzas daily and they taste amazing. Also the house wine is a good selection. I suggest you to have their own valuable wine. Il Farro has a great management and staff too. We loved interacting with customers and guys who work in, they became like family for us. The qualified employees are friendly helpful and the restaurant is always clean. They do have enough seats and limited outdoor seating, but get a reservation in advance to make sure you have a place.Hands off, this is the best place to gather with friends or family! It has our ❤️s. We loved it.“

“Molo feels like a little escape to Italy right here in Newport Beach! Both the outdoor dining area and the interior have so much charm, creating an experience that feels different from most restaurants in the area. We ordered the cacio e pepe, branzino, calamari, and spaghetti, and every dish was delicious. But the atmosphere is what really won me over—it makes you want to settle in, savor your meal, and stay awhile. I’ll definitely keep coming back!“

“I love this place!! You have to try their lasagna and calzones! Those were definitely my favorite. And if you have kids, get them the pizza. You can't go wrong.

I've tried almost the entire menu, and can say with all confidence, you will love it all!!

“There’s no way you could give this less than 5 stars. ✨ I ordered the lamb, the spaghetti bolognese, and a salad.. I’m SHOCKED at the spaghetti. It’s incredible and it’s unlike any spaghetti I’ve had. Ever. I’m so heartbroken because I finished the lamb—and not can’t have any of the spaghetti because I’m full.. I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. I’m in LOVE THOUGH. What makes this more interesting is that when I ordered over the phone and the person taking my order sounded intrigued.. excited; thrilled maybe—they KNEW I was in for the ride of my life.“

“Easily one of my favorite italian spots. Over our last couple visits, the standouts were the calamari, burrata caprese, cacio e pepe (we added guanciale) and the puttanesca pizza. All to die for. Wine selection is amazing. They don't have a full bar license, so mixed drinks are made with soju (same w the San Clemente location); unless you're into that, I would just stick with wine. It can be a little cramped and loud when busy, but if you make a reservation they won't put you in the middle of the chaos so it's manageable.“

“For Mother's Day, we had a party of 15 - which the restaurant easily accommodated. Our table was ready on time. The food was good, the scenery was great. The service was, however, lacking. The sun was out, so we asked the waiter if he could help move an umbrella for my 18 month old son and wife (she was on the opposite side of the table from me). He ignored us despite having been asked twice, by my count. The third time he pawned it off on a co-worker, who helped immediately. Finally the checks came - we asked for separate checks, which was no problem. Everyone paid and we were on our way. Later, my wife discovered that she had been charged for the whole table ($400) on top of the separate bill that she already paid. I was charged an additional $80, and my sister was charged an additional $20. My wife had to call the restaurant from work in order to straighten it out. So if you go in a group, be careful of how you're billed. Aside from that, it was a great meal with family. We would go back if there were no further issues.“

“Wow, tried this restaurant for the first time and it was amazing! We will definitely add this as a favorite. I had rigatoni amatriciana and added a meatball. It was melt in your mouth delicious!! We ended the evening with the tiramisu, which I normally would never order - but wow! So glad we ordered it. It was also a winner. It was more like a cake with whipped cream layers.“

“Wow wow and wow !! If u want to feel loved all you have to do is order a pizza from here !! I have never been so impressed by a pizza place ! It’s not just pizza their menu is out of control amazing !! The owners did a great job with the staff and kept true to their beliefs .. LOVE!! We all share one thing in common we just want to be loved .. I give so many kudos to this place and I really hope during this really bad time that we share love and pizza .. I had a friend send me a pizza gram and I can’t express how it made me feel Thanks SGT for thinking of such a creative way to make us all feel great !
