“Found restaurant on google after finishing a nearby doctor’s appt. Delicious chicken Shawarma plate for $14, chicken was tender and tasty! Paired with a glass of Pinot Grigio for $8, is a great deal! Staff was friendly and outdoor seating was intimate and quiet. Perfect plan for a quick lunch!“

“This is the find of the decade! Virtually hidden on a tiny street adjacent to the Coast Highway, the eclectic, artistic interior is as welcoming as the attentive and super friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor dining options, comfy furniture, a hip buzzy adjacent bar lets you know immediately you are in for a uniquely Newport Beach experience that you won’t want to leave. But all of this is nothing compared to the cuisine. The wide variety of ostensibly Middle Eastern menu items are comprehensive to meet virtually any dietary needs from vegan to Ketovore, but the competency across the board is astounding!! Lentil soup, yellow veggie curry, kabob, steak Diane - everything shines on its own merit. I planned to have one of the divine sounding desserts but alas, the portions were so generous that we had to take a rain check. Here’s hoping for a downpour!“

“I added this Arabic phrase to my vocabulary today: كتير طيب - pronounced “kteer tayeb.” It means “very delicious.” I had to ask the staff to teach me because I was genuinely thrilled with the quality of the meal. I had the grain bowl with beef shawarma. Everything was great! 10/10 recommend!“

“There’s no way you could give this less than 5 stars. ✨ I ordered the lamb, the spaghetti bolognese, and a salad.. I’m SHOCKED at the spaghetti. It’s incredible and it’s unlike any spaghetti I’ve had. Ever. I’m so heartbroken because I finished the lamb—and not can’t have any of the spaghetti because I’m full.. I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. I’m in LOVE THOUGH. What makes this more interesting is that when I ordered over the phone and the person taking my order sounded intrigued.. excited; thrilled maybe—they KNEW I was in for the ride of my life.“

“Food was delicious! We got a chicken gyro and chicken souvlaki bowl. I got the bowl because it was a gluten free option. It was super flavorful and delicious. The shopping plaza offers free parking. You can eat indoor but the outdoor space is so nice!“

“I highly recommend that you stop to eat here whenever you can. Amazing five star food. Staff is amazing, welcoming and friendly and helpful. Amazingly clean restaurant too. You will not be disappointed unless you pass them by and don't stop in.“
