Visited Sol fora birthday dinner Since my last visit was a 5 star, I was looking so forward to try a different dish. This time I went with the short rib barbacoa. The food arrived promptly but on all honesty I cannot give it more than 3 stars. The portion was great but approximately 60% of my short rib was pure fat and not edible. Great service coupled with tasty dishes made for a great night. Cocktails were perfect and priced well. Great seats and view on the marina. I had the shrimp Caesar salad. The salad portion was great, however I was surprised the shrimp was so spicy. I could not eat shrimp they were so hot. Spice was not mentioned on the menu. All other food was delicious.

Highly recommended! I was here on Thursday, April 4, everything was great from the beginning, staff was very welcoming and were always making sure we were ok. Manager Karen was also very wonderful she made sure we were ok. It was our first time here and Karen was very helpful giving us some recommendations, to which I’m glad she did. Food was delicious. Thank you and highly recommend this place we are very happy with our visit.
