I was so angry so I called the owner, they explained to me the crispy tofu soaked with 卤汁 sauce will make the tofu looks like it’s not fresh… I didn’t believe him at first then I poked the black dots and they were really small pockets of sauce…. I don’t think they deserve a 3 star!!! It’s actually really yummy and taste fresh… I often crave this place. Also today when I ordered, I noticed they changed their tofu type and added more bok choy. Very nice casual dining place in a shopping center right across from Stater Bros on the corner of Edinger and DiFairview. Love the Chicken Bowl with noodles and a crispy egg roll in the bowl. The vegetables and broth blend so well. The prices are very good. They even offer a Senior Discount. Try this place you will be pleased.“

“This place has my favorite chicken dishes. When I’m feeling like I need something with broth, I’m going for the pho ga. When I’m feeling for some rice, I pick the com ga chien ( fried chicken rice). They have many other great dishes as well. If you’re in the area, stop by and dine . You won’t be disappointed.“

“A small catering, food to go shop, 3 small tables inside, 3 outside. Their banh canh cua, udon crab noodle, is fantastic in quality and quantity, probably the best in oc, $17 eat in, special $8 only to go on Friday, a great deal.

The crab udon has a lump of minced crab, 3 large shrimps, large slices of boiled pork. The broth is rich, tasty, delish, no fishy odor, no excess sugar, light, nice, clean, not greasy and gooey like those in other shops. I ate it to the last spoon, and I am a picky eater.

If taken home, the udon noodle should be recooked in the broth for about 5 minutes to soften up.

They have a menu of about 30 traditional Viet dishes, hopefully as good and healthy as their crab udon. Will definitely come back and try them out.“
