“I cannot believe I have been eating here for five years ever since I first moved to the US. I have tried many pho places, but I still love the flavor here the meat is tender, and the broth and everything blend together in such a harmonious way. Everyone on the recycletattoo team eats here and often orders takeout for our American and Mexican tattoo clients to introduce them to what Northern Vietnamese pho tastes like. The only downside is that this long standing restaurant hasn't upgraded its space, and the herbs are a bit too wet when served, which can make it a bit difficult to invite clients over to dine in. Still, I love the taste here and hope for some improvements so we can send even more clients from our tattoo shop over.“

“I’ve tried both the dry and soup versions of the hu tieu here, and I enjoyed both. Each bowl comes with plenty of toppings like shrimp, pork , ground pork, fish cake, and quail eggs. You can also choose different types of noodles. The broth is light but flavorful, and if you order the dry version, the soup comes on the side.
The prices are very reasonable, and I think it’s a great value for what you get.
The restaurant is pretty small with only a few tables, but I’ve always been able to find parking even though the parking lot looks limited.
The only downside for me is the business hours. They close at 4:00 PM, which is just too early. I often get off work and want to stop by for dinner, but they’re already closed. Maybe they’re mainly focused on the lunch crowd, but hu tieu is something people enjoy any time of the day. I really wish they stayed open later.“

“Absolutely love it here! This place exceeded my expectations. I was greeted with warm hospitality the moment I walked in, and the environment has a cozy, authentic atmosphere! Every dish was packed with unforgettable flavor :) My favorite has to be their jokbal and bossam!
Service was amazing as well. They were very attentive and answered questions about their dishes. You can tell that the food was thoughtfully prepared, and they truly care about the dishes they serve.
If you’re craving some comforting Korean food or want to try something new, this is a definite must-try!“

“Love the pho at this place, I mainly get the pho tai, it's just beef pho, but it's delicious, I get it every time! Their broth is great too and they're usually open late which is nice for a late night meal, after work especially. 🙂↕👍“

“I like the big portion of this restaurant. I went 2 people so we ordered 2 dishes. We tried: 1. Pork Back Bone Stew: very huge portion. The meat is soft and you can feel the broth has been well cooked that gives you the sweet and rich taste. 2. Stir Fried Squid (because I love squid!): very good. This dish can be eaten with rice (if you want to be full) or will paired good with a taste of Soju. The portions are big so don't over ordering or you will have some food to go. The food is a little plaint and there's salt to add (if you are a salty food fan) to assure you don't leave the broth behind. You will feel healthy as you leave the place. Will be great to have for hangover or when you are sick. I went on a weekend night for dinner and the restaurant was a little quiet. I think this place is most suitable for lunch. I would definitely come back to try their other stews and pork belly!“

“I found this place through a college friend who recommended this spot, and I’ve been coming here for years ever since. It’s something different from the usual Korean tofu soup or KBBQ, and the food is comforting and flavorful. The service is always friendly, making it a place I love coming back to.“

“I go here occasionally for Pho, the food is consistently good, service is not bad. Pho here is delicious with clear, flavorful broth and they do give plenty of meat. I also had the vermicelli with shrimp, grilled pork, and egg roll. That dish was also good, the fish sauce was blended well, and it had plenty of vegetables to balance with the carbs. Recommend you try this place out and they open late.“

“Pho here is great with good beef selection. Little more pricy vit you'll get good cut of beef. Specially rare. Only down side is when order to g, they are skimpy on the meet side even though I ordered size large . And it did comes with any dip sauce.“
