“Hidden gem for Thai food. The quiet and nondescript building doesn't bear witness to the quality of food served.
Very genuine food and polite servers who aim to please.
We shared the Pad See-Ew with Pork and Yellow Curry with Chicken and rice. We also ordered the rare Mango Sticky Rice.
This is highly recommended but save room for dessert. The meals are hearty and the mango and sticky rice are plentious.
Service is excellent and helpful.
The atmosphere is very authentic with the ongoing elephant theme throughout.“

“I order takeout from Siam Thai Kitchen regularly, and the quality is incredibly consistent. Their Rad-na is a standout—it's hard to find in this area, and they do it perfectly. If you like Pad See Ew but want something richer, the garlic gravy sauce on this is a game-changer.

I’ve also tried the Crying Tiger, Fried Rice, Spicy Broccoli with Crispy Pork, Fish in Black Pepper, and Larb. Every dish tastes authentic and well-balanced. “I just ubered food from this place because it was the nearest pho near me thats open on Christmas day. Pho and vermicelli bowl were so full of noodles we couldn’t finish them. Their eggroll was crispy and juicy. Springroll was so fresh. Loved the Vietnamese coffee too. Highly recommend.“

“My friend brought me to this place and I was excited to try. I ordered the tonkatsu and rice cake/dumpling soup. Not gonna lie, my expectations were shattered. I can't go back to my usual spot to enjoy the soup and tonkatsu anymore. Soup was so flavorful and tasty, the dumpling was massive, the tonkatsu is enormous. For the price, it was worth it. Would come back here again.“

“Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this spot! First of all, their Wagyu Stacker is hands down one of the best dishes I’ve ever had — it’s incredible every single time.

The buffet is always spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. It’s also super family-friendly. I’ve been here with both large groups and smaller parties, and they’re always accommodating and welcoming.

The pricing feels very reasonable for the quality you’re getting. You can truly taste the difference — the meat quality is excellent. They also offer outdoor seating, and dogs are allowed on the patio, which is a huge plus.

What everybody calls professional staff with great service, is actually the PERSIAN HOSPITALITY which no Persian restaurant would last without it. Persian moms take their cooking seriously and if the food at a Persian restaurant doesn't meet their high standards, they wouldn't load up the whole family to go there for family dinners and catered parties.“

I ate here last year and the service wasn’t very good and the place felt smaller, but when I visited this week, they’ve improved a lot. The two ladies serving were very friendly and attentive. “Yuchun can be found inside the food court at H Mart Irvine WestPark. There are a good number of Korean food options within the food hall, but we decided on Yuchun and it was the right choice. I went with the Yuchun Signature Set which included a variety of banchan, rice, soup and bulgogi for $25.99. I paid an upcharge to substitute kalbi as my choice of protein and it did not disappoint. Simply order at the kiosk and they’ll call your number when your order is ready, but be forewarned that the tray can be on the heavier side when you pickup. The Signature Set is not the most affordable menu option, but it provides a balanced meal of Korean dishes and the portion size is hearty enough for leftovers. I’ll def be back!“

Cold noodle: the best I've tried so far, especially when you get a combo with spicy pork or bulgogi 3. Meat: spicy pork/bulgogi was homemade and were not like other korean restaurants. This restaurant didn’t look busy at prime dinner time so I was a little reluctant but I only had 1 hour to eat before my next stop. Service was quick and food came out fast. Soft soon tofu soup included everything just like BCD but more variety of banchan. They were very generous with refilling the side dishes too. As I was eating, I noticed they had nonstop takeout orders getting picked up. I got the bulgogi/soon tofu combo. The bulgogi was good and tasted authentic but I think the only miss was the soon tofu soup lacked a bit of umami flavor.“

However, I think I've found the key to being treated, at least, decently. I took it upon myself to engage the aloof, borderline rude server. I asked his name, was very pleasant with him and asked his opinion regarding a couple of dishes, even though I was quite familiar with them. He offered advice. We engaged in a conversation. Then I said the magic words, "You know you have the BEST Chinese food in Irvine, right?" It was smooth sailing from there. While being ultra friendly is not a part of their server DNA, stroking the product ego didn't hurt. The best meal I've had there in 3 years.“
