Had a wonderful gluten free lunch. The food was delicious. We had an artichoke for an appetizer then, filet mignon with spaghetti squash, trout with Swiss chard and roast chicken with wild rice. Everything was delicious. The wait staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on how to keep me safe. You can tell they were well trained on how to deal with food allergies. I have probably dined at Gulfstream 60 times over the years. Two of the last three times I have been there I have been fortunate enough to have Ashley (in the bar area) as our server. She is second to none. Not only kind, sweet and always with a smile, she is extremely attentive and professional. Never rushes you and creates the most enjoyable dining experience.
