I worked at The Beach Ball in 1978 and it hasn't changed too much! They replaced the Stage and Bleachers downstairs to popular Pool Tables.Best seats in the house are the Barstools along the Large Picture Windows facing the active Newport Beach Pier's Boardwalk and Parking lot.Parking: This large parking lot services many, many businesses and oceanfront entertainment attractions. Parking spots do open up with great regularity if you are willing to wait them out.
