There dishes could include more varieties of vegetables but if you ask they can accommodate but for example instead of drunken noodles just having pepper and basil leave it could include multiple vegetables like baby corn, carrots, peppers and broccoli. “Farmhouse kitchen is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had. On top of the food being great and delicious, the presentation makes you want to order everything from the menu. Chef Bo was so nice to come out to our table and all I can say is she was a very nice, young & talented person. She even made me a special dessert for my birthday. Thanks Bo❤️ I highly recommend this place if you want an authentic, excellent and delicious food. In addition, the place is so full of life. The decor is amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try some of the fancy drinks and dishes on the menu.“

Light 8/10 Gaeng haeng Kai northern pork curry was smoky and flavorful. Tam paste sourness balances it out.
5/10 sausage. You’re getting big dry chunks of herbs or something in it.

6-7/10 Khoi Soi. I only had a tiny bite. Couldn’t tell“

“Wanted to go to republique for brunch on the way to LACMA. Obviously there was a long wait around 10:30am and we were too hungry to wait. This was the nearest place that was open. Place was empty for breakfast (I assume it’s lunch/dinner that’s more popping) and very cute inside. My kid and I are now OBSESSED with their shrimp omelette - was so airy and light. The lady that was serving us - I assume the owner - was super lovely. Kid has been begging to go back every day since. They also have Thai iced tea, interesting drinks (something pink and milky that the kid enjoyed), and fancy cappuccino machine.“

“feedback regarding my recent visit to your Gardena location on Father's Day. I traveled all the way from Orange County specifically to try your mango sticky rice.

While I found the mango sticky rice to be good, I felt the price was a bit higher than other places I have visited, and I likely wouldn't make the long drive solely for that dish again. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the coconut jellies; the flavor was great and the size was satisfying, though I believe the pricing for those could also be improved.

“I had such a great experience here. They have such a huge variety of Vegan options for any taste. I needed a location in this area to meet two different colleagues, I am the only vegan, I tried this and now I can't wait to go back for more. My colleagues also loved it. They were very happy to make a reservation for me over the phone. The person helping us was kind, helpful, patient. Parking immediately in the center was a little tight, but we did find a spot. Also, street parking is available all around it.“

Khao Soi and Boat Noodle are specialty dishes and not always on the menu in your local Thai restaurant but this place has the best I've tasted. Very clean and reasonably priced, Boran is right at the beginning of Thai town here in Hollywood, give it a try... you will love it !“

“We were in the area and wanted Thai food and Bamboo Thai Bistro came up. We stopped in and were greeted. We ordered the Wonton Soup to start, Mixed Vegetables with Chicken,Orange Chicken, and a side of Steamed Rice.

The food came out quickly and it was fresh and delicious.

For dessert, we had the Mango and Sticky rice. It was great.

We are glad we stopped in.

“The grilled pork collar, the khao kha moo, is the dish that most regulars gravitate toward first, slow-cooked pork leg over rice with a dark, sweet braising sauce and a soft egg alongside, the kind of composed plate that operates at the intersection of comfort food and actual cooking. The fried pork skin served with a larb dipping sauce is the snack that arrived at the table first and was gone faster than anything else, the skin light and airy and the larb funky and herbaceous and the kind of thing that makes you understand why certain foods become obsessions. The pad see ew is the noodle dish most people know and want, and the version here is properly wok-charred with good smokiness in the flat rice noodles and a soy-egg combination that's been executed well rather than just thrown together. The papaya salad has a heat level that earns its reputation, bright and tart and genuinely spicy in a way that doesn't ease up. The mango sticky rice at the end is generous and properly made, the coconut milk soaked deep into the rice and the mango sweet and ripe in a way that seasonal sourcing makes possible.
The wine program here is notably good for a casual Thai restaurant, which is part of what makes the whole experience feel more considered than the room might suggest.“

“We had a great experience! I knew the food was going to be good as soon as the owner mentioned he also used to own a restaurant in Portland back in the days. And it was!

We ordered the green beans with tofu, chicken larb, crying tiger, tom yum soup, crab fried rice (real crab!!!), and mango sticky rice. You could really taste each dishes distinct flavor!
