Really enjoyed the vegetarian food at Civilize Thai in LA! We tried the red curry, Thai basil rice, spicy edamame, and Thai tea, and everything was delicious. The flavors were fresh, well balanced, and there were great vegetarian options. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for tasty Thai food in LA!
Food was fantastic. Menu was expansive and had both English slang and traditional naming, which thought was really cool. Like all really good Thai food places its hot yes or no even if they do ask how much hot. This is a hallmark of all good Thai places I've been to. Had the garlic greenbean appetizer with steak salad. Would do it again.

Civilize Thai Bistro is a cozy spot that offers the best Thai food, hands down. Guests praise the amazing eats and great service, with a well deserved line out the door. The food is described as delicious, delicate, and absolutely delish. Highlights include Mongolian Beef and Squash Curry, both outstanding with beef cooked perfectly and not drenched in oily sauce. Staff are sweet, caring, efficient, and kind, making it a must come back place.
