“With all the hoopla about the crispy strips, I had to give it a try... I was less than pleased.
Krispy was an extreme exaggeration... I hate to say it but there was no crisp at all, and it could be quite correctly renamed soggy strips.
There wasn't much flavor to the chicken either, although I could see the marks on the supposedly crispy exterior where the seasoning should have come through but it didn't.
There you go I took one for the team I won't do that again at McDonald's. 🤗“

“This McDonald’s can be a little chaotic, but it usually moves pretty fast and most of the staff seem friendly. The only frustrating part is that some items show as available, but then in person they say they don’t have them. One worker was also a little rude about it. Overall, not terrible, but definitely room for improvement.“
