“Visited this location yesterday at 9 PM and was pleased with my meal. The Big Mac tasted great, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any of the special sauce packets available for purchase. They did offer a large fries and drinks combo deal which was a nice surprise. Overall, it's your average fast food joint, nothing too out of the ordinary.“

“Ordered food to go. Cashier courteous. Food orders completed in less than 10 minutes. This is my second trip in less than 2 weeks because I like their fried chicken strips. Received order hot and left McDonalds in less than 15 minutes from entering and exiting with my order“

“I stopped by this McDonald's on Sunset Boulevard during my morning commute and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got my order right. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated that they handed me a free ice cream cone as a treat since it was a hot day - I got there at 6:30 AM when the sun was already starting to beat down on the sidewalk. The food arrived in under 2 minutes, which was impressive for breakfast. Overall, I'd definitely be back here for my morning fix of burgers and fries.“

“As an independent film producer living in Culver City, I work from home on certain days. What that means is I find myself at this McDonald’s more often than I care to admit—mainly because it’s just a few blocks from my girlfriend’s place. Ironically, it’s also not far from an apartment I used to share with a different ex. Every now and then, sitting in the parking lot waiting for a mobile order, I find myself wondering how she’s doing. I don’t want to go back to that relationship, but I do wish she could see how much I’ve grown since then. Maybe that wish alone says something about my own narcissistic tendencies.

Philosophical musings aside, this location is efficient, clean, and the drive-thru is clutch. The McDonald’s app, in particular, is a true retail innovation. It’s streamlined, rewarding, and shockingly effective at boosting my visit frequency. It’s wild to me that the cinema industry hasn’t taken notes. Post-pandemic, theaters are still trying to compete with streaming services for leisure time, yet they’ve barely scratched the surface of mobile engagement.

If exhibition’s real margins are in concessions, then maybe it’s time for cinema chains to explore deeper integration with major food corporations. Imagine AMC partnering with someone like PepsiCo or even—dare I say—McDonald’s. If I can order a Big Mac and a movie ticket in the same app? That’s a night out. That’s culture.

“Recently visited this location & interacted with two associates, both Chris and Humberto. Their customer service was such a welcoming experience. Chris took our order with such grace and he was very precise. We told him his voice even sounds like AI and he laughed, such a beautiful person. Humberto provided our order and was very pleasant as well! We really appreciated the great service from both gentlemen.“

“Mayra always makes my coffee perfect she receives everyone with a smile and Juanita. Is another one that gets down with the coffe hot or cold. The ladies at the drive-through are all nice and always receive me with a good morning. I give them five stars. if there is any issue, they always fix it quick“

“I like this McDonalds because it has a playground and they bring you the food to your table. The staff is always very nice and the place is clean. The only downside is that the restrooms are locked and theres homeless in the area. Other than that, I like going tot his McDonalds.“

“An honest mistake happened with a voided /refund transaction. I came to speak with a manager . He was soo lovely and literally beautiful lol we just had a simple respectful conversation and issues were resolved. I wish more establishment had that safe space to feel comfortable to resolve an issue.“

​I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the issues with your kiosk system.
​Firstly, when a customer attempts to scan a deal code at a kiosk, if the kiosk is out of order or unresponsive, the system prevents them from using the same code at another kiosk or with a cashier for 15 minutes. It is shameful that customers are penalized with this waiting time due to your hardware failures.
​Secondly, the specific promotion offering free medium fries with the purchase of any size drink does not work on any kiosk. Customers are forced to order at the counter, but this 15-minute lockout rule still applies after the kiosk attempt.
​Please address these technical and policy issues immediately. It is unacceptable and embarrassing for a brand of your scale to have such a flawed system.

“It's McDonalds. Enough said. I go there way to much. It's the same as you'd expect. They make it way to easy to order. I choose this location over the 5 others in the area because their drive-thru runs smoother than the others. If you try dining-in it takes way longer and the workers aren't used to in-person ordering any more it seems. I think they're just trying to train the us to not eat there in person anymore. But I'm sure I'll be back there soon. See you there.“

“A small privately owned McDonald's.

Located on the Hollywood walk of fame, I found this McDonald's during my stay in Los Angeles. They have two kiosks to order with.

Service was fast, workers friendly. Food is your average McDonald's, don't expect greatness from it.

A large selection of drinks was nice.

One problem I had with the place was the decoration and atmosphere of the place just feels outdated and sad. Bathroom especially...“

“McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Sometimes you don’t come here looking for a gourmet meal—you come because you know exactly what you’re going to get.
The food is served quickly, the prices are reasonable, and this location was clean and well-maintained during my visit. Everything was organized, and the staff kept things moving efficiently.

“This place is clean I came 2x this month the second time was just as clean as the first time . Both visits the staff was really friendly . Kinda wish there wasn’t some much homelessness in this city so the staff wouldn’t have to deal with this issue overall great friendly staff I’ve visited around 3 ish weekdays and it’s been super clean just wish my wouldn’t take as much time to come out .“

“A nice McDonalds in a pretty high traffic area. I was stuck there and needed to use the restroom very badly. McDonald's was the only place in the area with an available restroom. It does require a code but the gentleman behind the counter gave me the code without an issue. The restroom was super clean! Plenty of toilet paper and toilet seat covers. No mirrors above the sinks but I know many of the stores have removed them, or don't install them in the first place, to discourage people from spending hours in the bathroom applying make up or fixing their hair haha. I also placed an order for food. The quality of food is what it's always been but the prices are astronomical. $34 for 2 meals, one of which was a hamburger happy meal. Yikes! If asked, I would recommend this location to anyone with a craving for fast food when they're in the area.“

“I grabbed a quick breakfast here yesterday morning and it hit the spot - got my coffee and Big Mac just as I needed it after a workout. The lady behind the counter was super friendly, asked how my day was going which made me appreciate the effort she put into it. Overall a solid choice if you're in a rush or need some comfort food on the go.“

The evening manager Herschell makes this McDonald's run like a well-oiled machine. She's incredibly efficient and keeps the whole staff working together with seamless cohesion.

I used the machine, but they were out of of the roll of receipts so I had to guess what my number would be or hope to hear my name lol
I mentioned it when I got my order and the employee apologized

Anyway, our food was yummy, made to perfection, we got some extra treats that we didn’t ask for like an extra cookie to complement the meal… literally the pick me up my partner & I needed..

Coming in for breakfast instead of hitting the drive-through is definitely worth it .“

“Very clean driveway and parking lot, versus so many other businesses in this area allow their driveways and parking lots to look disgusting. I’m sure it takes extra work than in less crowded areas, but that comes with the territory. Obviously, this franchisee or manager sees that as part of the cost of doing business. I applaud that!

I find that a reliable way to always get one’s fries actually hot the first time at any McDonald’s without having to return and ask for “actually hot—not lukewarm fries, please” is to use curbside pickup.

Unfortunately, out of 4-6 curbside spots, all were occupied except 1 space (so at least there was a space for me), but in the time it took me to get my really long vehicle into the space, park, get comfortable in my seat, order using the app, wait a few minutes for my food to be brought to me, and arrange my food and myself to get driving again, I believe only one of those cars moved. I was sitting there for at least fifteen minutes, if not more, because I took a long time to decide what I wanted.

That makes me think that at least four of those vehicles were parked in those spots but weren’t using the curbside pickup.

Of course, that’s sure to be against the business’s policy, but it made me wonder how much they really feel they can do about it. Because if they do call a tow truck and the person leaves, would the business have to pay a call fee to the towing service? Plus, even though the McDonald’s would be fully justified in having those cars towed, do they really want to potentially create an enemy out of any of those people? Because you know there are many people who will never admit their own fault in the situation and only blame the business, even though I’m sure there are signs posted all over the place about the parking regulations.

So I’m not upset with the business—actually, I feel bad for them because I imagine that’s a difficult call to make.

Anyway, back to the good: they have double drive through lanes, their staff is very friendly, fast, and competent.

I like this McDonald’s location because it’s easy to get in and out of, the turning radius in the drive through isn’t too tight like some businesses have, they have curbside pickup, and they have an inside (although I’ve never been inside).

And it’s on my way home, so if I’m really hungry, I stop here before I drive the remaining hour of my commute.“

“I passed by at 5:10 AM since I go to work at 6 am .
In my opinion their coffee is pretty strong and I like it without having to pay that star.bucks saving individual as I am .. I like to save money

“This is one of the better McDonald's in the area. Order is correct every time, and if they don't have an item I ordered through the app they make sure I get something equivalent to makeup for it. The muffins are actually soft and not hard and chewy.“

“The manager was late and he took my order. I asked for 2 sausage McMuffin and he corrected me because I wanted eggs but I didn't said it. However, he gave me the order without eggs. I know we have bad days at work but we have to be nice with customers or at least an smile can make a difference.“

I ordered in the kiosk, sat down and a few minutes later a gentleman came to me saying that the decaf coffee was not ready and if wanted to wait a couple of minutes or get a regular coffee. I said I could wait, he offered to bring my food which he did but also brought a cup of water. The place was busy so I guess he forgot about my decaf coffee, I went to the counter to tell him about my coffee, he apologized and went to get my coffee, gave it to my, a larger size that the one I ordered and also offered to give a hash brown for the inconvenience. I said no but I did appreciate his sincere effort to fix the issue. We all make mistakes, the difference resides in the way you fix them. Kudos to this gentleman at McDonalds this morning.“

“Sandwiches and other items are always freshly made. The drive thru moves quickly and orders are brought out timely. The parking lot crowd is rough and sometimes the characters that hang aren't the most desirable. They will approach your car asking for handouts or money. The staff sometimes invites them to the drive thru window for water while guests are waiting there with their window down, which is interpreted as a safety concern.“

“I tried two McDonald’s cheeseburgers with no pickles, and they were honestly pretty solid. The burgers came out neatly wrapped and hot with soft buns. The cheese was nicely melted, and the patties had that classic McDonald’s flavor that hits the spot when you’re craving fast food. The ketchup and mustard ratio was a little uneven between the two burgers, but overall they still tasted good and were satisfying quick bites. Simple, classic, consistent, and affordable are what you can always expect from McDonald’s. I will certainly be coming back to order again at this particular location!“

“This is a convenient McDonald's I generally don't go to McDonald's that much, but breakfast here is sometimes fast and easy. I find the specials that I find on the app. Very helpful cuz she when they're running the special. Any size iced coffee or frappuccino? Sometimes there's some crazy homeless people in this spot but other than that it's just McDonald's clean atmosphere, remodeled great staff, easy in and out if you use the kiosk“

“First time I have an unpleasant experience at this location. I believe it was the manager a lady with dark blue polo shirt with the name tag of Lara c., I had to raise my voice to get her attention as she seemed to try an avoid helping customers. She ignored a few of us standing there with questions. The cashier was overwhelmed with customers placing orders, as she just stood there watching as if in a trance. When I asked about my online order she walked away, came back placed a receipt on the counter mumbled something and walked away again. I stood there wondering what just happened. Several minutes later another employee called my name and provided food. A little more communication would be greatly appreciated it. Now I see why so many people say bad things about McDonald's employees around this area. I actually took the time to write a review, most of the people don't.“

“This MacDonalds is one that plays good music.It was for me as always when I visit a place to sit down and enjoy some of the favorites on the menu.It is to me a place to escape for awhile and just relax.You will get treated nice and the food is good.“

The Breakfast Burrito was packed with fluffy eggs, melty cheese and savory sausage morsels, whereas the Sausage McMuffins were nicely toasted, and the sausage patties were delightfully juicy. What really impressed me was the outstanding customer service, as I specifically requested Sausage McMuffins “without butter,” and the staff happily accommodated me without any hesitation. “Stopped in around 6 AM before work looking for a hot coffee and a place to warm up. Ordering was done through the kiosk, and my decaf coffee was ready at the counter in just a few minutes. Everything came out exactly as ordered, which I appreciated.

The dining area was surprisingly clean for that time of the morning. Tables and floors looked well maintained, and there wasn't much traffic inside. A few people were sitting with coffee, keeping warm from the cold weather, but the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed.

The employees seemed focused and professional. My order was handled quickly, and I didn't notice any rude behavior or poor customer service. The coffee was fresh, hot, and tasted much better than I expected—not weak or old tasting at all.

This was actually my first visit to this location. I originally planned on going elsewhere, but they weren't open when I arrived. McDonald's was open, warm, and had plenty of seating. “This particular McDonald's is a great place to go. Ive watched this restaurant evolve for over 20 years. I use to take my kids who have all graduated college now, but it brings me great memories.

The food is always good. My go to is always the quarter pounder with cheese, large fries and a shake, and it always hits that good comfort spot.

“This place is a god sent. While driving thru LA to get home, my kids needed a restroom break. They were cranky and tired from the trip. The general area was pretty sketchy, so McDs it is. Restroom is locked, and the staff needs to unlock it for you. Inconvenient, yes. Practical for sure. Restroom wasn't the cleanest, but it was clean enough. Kids got their soft serve, nuggies, and fries, and was smiling at the end. And that's all you need McDs to be.“
