“I'm so glad I tried this location again after my first visit a few months ago didn't quite hit the mark. The new crew seems to have it down, and their Big Mac was spot on - I appreciated how they got the special sauce just right. Ordered during lunch rush at 12:30 PM and the service was still surprisingly quick. One minor quirk: my coffee cup had a faint smudge of ketchup on it after I finished; not a big deal, but nice to note for their quality control team.“

“Visited this location yesterday at 9 PM and was pleased with my meal. The Big Mac tasted great, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any of the special sauce packets available for purchase. “Had a really nice experience getting food for the family here. We had burgers, nuggets, fries, and several drinks in the order and everything was correct. “As an independent film producer living in Culver City, I work from home on certain days. What that means is I find myself at this McDonald’s more often than I care to admit—mainly because it’s just a few blocks from my girlfriend’s place. Ironically, it’s also not far from an apartment I used to share with a different ex. Every now and then, sitting in the parking lot waiting for a mobile order, I find myself wondering how she’s doing. I don’t want to go back to that relationship, but I do wish she could see how much I’ve grown since then. Maybe that wish alone says something about my own narcissistic tendencies.

Philosophical musings aside, this location is efficient, clean, and the drive-thru is clutch. The McDonald’s app, in particular, is a true retail innovation. It’s streamlined, rewarding, and shockingly effective at boosting my visit frequency. It’s wild to me that the cinema industry hasn’t taken notes. Post-pandemic, theaters are still trying to compete with streaming services for leisure time, yet they’ve barely scratched the surface of mobile engagement.

If exhibition’s real margins are in concessions, then maybe it’s time for cinema chains to explore deeper integration with major food corporations. Imagine AMC partnering with someone like PepsiCo or even—dare I say—McDonald’s. If I can order a Big Mac and a movie ticket in the same app? That’s a night out. That’s culture.

“Mayra always makes my coffee perfect she receives everyone with a smile and Juanita. Is another one that gets down with the coffe hot or cold. The ladies at the drive-through are all nice and always receive me with a good morning. I give them five stars. if there is any issue, they always fix it quick“

“This McDonald's is the one I go to when I'm in this area. You may wait just a few seconds longer in the line, but when you get your food, it's usually hot and delicious, which is different from a lot of McDonald's these days.“

“I stopped by this McDonald's on Sunset Boulevard during my morning commute and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got my order right. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated that they handed me a free ice cream cone as a treat since it was a hot day - I got there at 6:30 AM when the sun was already starting to beat down on the sidewalk. The food arrived in under 2 minutes, which was impressive for breakfast. Overall, I'd definitely be back here for my morning fix of burgers and fries.“

“I used to bring my son to this location years ago when it had an indoor playground. Recently my now 19-year-old and I had to do some work together so we went there for the Wi-Fi and discovered that they had remodeled the entire place to feel more like a coffee shop. A lot of people were there meeting friends for breakfast, which made for a warm and lively atmosphere. The Wi-Fi worked well for us and the seating was comfortable. Since I work as a contractor it's nice to have another space besides an overpriced hipster coffee shop where I can get work done. The food itself is typical McDonald's food but the coffee is good.“

“When you go to McDonald's on Pico, Mikey was very pleasant and courteous with me. He gave me no attitude & a smart mouth. I let his Manager know she has a awesome well respected young man that she has. I am letting everyone know how awesome he is. Very well mannered young man he is. His name once again is Mikey.“

The food is served quickly, the prices are reasonable, and this location was clean and well-maintained during my visit. Everything was organized, and the staff kept things moving efficiently.

“An honest mistake happened with a voided /refund transaction. I came to speak with a manager . He was soo lovely and literally beautiful lol we just had a simple respectful conversation and issues were resolved. I wish more establishment had that safe space to feel comfortable to resolve an issue.“

​I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the issues with your kiosk system.
​Firstly, when a customer attempts to scan a deal code at a kiosk, if the kiosk is out of order or unresponsive, the system prevents them from using the same code at another kiosk or with a cashier for 15 minutes. It is shameful that customers are penalized with this waiting time due to your hardware failures.
​Secondly, the specific promotion offering free medium fries with the purchase of any size drink does not work on any kiosk. Customers are forced to order at the counter, but this 15-minute lockout rule still applies after the kiosk attempt.
​Please address these technical and policy issues immediately. It is unacceptable and embarrassing for a brand of your scale to have such a flawed system.

“Antonio gave us such great service at the drive thru today. I had a slightly modified order because my kids wanted Happy Meals and my dad is very picky about his food, and Antonio was patient, kind, and so helpful the entire time. When I pulled up, I was surprised to see how young he was. It was really nice to see a young person providing such thoughtful and professional service. He definitely deserves recognition.“

“I like this McDonalds because it has a playground and they bring you the food to your table. The staff is always very nice and the place is clean. The only downside is that the restrooms are locked and theres homeless in the area. Other than that, I like going tot his McDonalds.“

“A small privately owned McDonald's.

Located on the Hollywood walk of fame, I found this McDonald's during my stay in Los Angeles. They have two kiosks to order with.

Service was fast, workers friendly. Food is your average McDonald's, don't expect greatness from it.

A large selection of drinks was nice.

One problem I had with the place was the decoration and atmosphere of the place just feels outdated and sad. Bathroom especially...“

“If I could give a 10 star rating, I would for certain. Ordered breakfast before our 5hr drive. We choose to to dine in and ordered at kiosk and paid at the counter. There was a line of maybe 4 but within our completed order by the time we paid we were practically next. Cashier Sidel got the payment and within 7 mins our order was out FRESH. You could tell it was cooked to order we had no complaints. It was diverse customers and even with those who seemed to be homeless they were even on their best behavior and treated the establishment well. The place was also clean with a man in an orange vest keeping things tidy. Just know as a man from the East Coast and the south at that I greatly appreciated. Made my day“

“Walked in and Mary Cruze immediately paused what she was doing to help me out. That kind of awareness doesn’t go unnoticed.

She guided me to the kiosk, and when the payment didn’t go through, there was no back-and-forth or “try again” moment—she just smoothly took care of it at the counter.

Simple, genuine customer service. Nothing forced, just someone paying attention and making things easier. Definitely appreciated that.“

“Very clean driveway and parking lot, versus so many other businesses in this area allow their driveways and parking lots to look disgusting. I’m sure it takes extra work than in less crowded areas, but that comes with the territory. Obviously, this franchisee or manager sees that as part of the cost of doing business. I applaud that!

I find that a reliable way to always get one’s fries actually hot the first time at any McDonald’s without having to return and ask for “actually hot—not lukewarm fries, please” is to use curbside pickup.

Unfortunately, out of 4-6 curbside spots, all were occupied except 1 space (so at least there was a space for me), but in the time it took me to get my really long vehicle into the space, park, get comfortable in my seat, order using the app, wait a few minutes for my food to be brought to me, and arrange my food and myself to get driving again, I believe only one of those cars moved. I was sitting there for at least fifteen minutes, if not more, because I took a long time to decide what I wanted.

That makes me think that at least four of those vehicles were parked in those spots but weren’t using the curbside pickup.

Of course, that’s sure to be against the business’s policy, but it made me wonder how much they really feel they can do about it. Because if they do call a tow truck and the person leaves, would the business have to pay a call fee to the towing service? Plus, even though the McDonald’s would be fully justified in having those cars towed, do they really want to potentially create an enemy out of any of those people? Because you know there are many people who will never admit their own fault in the situation and only blame the business, even though I’m sure there are signs posted all over the place about the parking regulations.

So I’m not upset with the business—actually, I feel bad for them because I imagine that’s a difficult call to make.

Anyway, back to the good: they have double drive through lanes, their staff is very friendly, fast, and competent.

I like this McDonald’s location because it’s easy to get in and out of, the turning radius in the drive through isn’t too tight like some businesses have, they have curbside pickup, and they have an inside (although I’ve never been inside).

And it’s on my way home, so if I’m really hungry, I stop here before I drive the remaining hour of my commute.“

“Emilio was so amazing just now. He was so Patient and kind. I was so all over the place. He was so kind and reassured me he understood what I wanted and I had to use mutiple forms of payment and he was so kind to me while I'm grieving a lost of my kids father. “This is one of the better McDonald's in the area. Order is correct every time, and if they don't have an item I ordered through the app they make sure I get something equivalent to makeup for it. The muffins are actually soft and not hard and chewy.“

“The manager was late and he took my order. I asked for 2 sausage McMuffin and he corrected me because I wanted eggs but I didn't said it. However, he gave me the order without eggs. I know we have bad days at work but we have to be nice with customers or at least an smile can make a difference.“

“This is a very convenient McDonald's located off Wilshire Blvd in the Home Depot parking lot. Today I decided to place an order through their app and go pick it up. My order consisted of a McDouble, a carmel sundry, chocolate shake, and I wanted to try their dirty Dr Pepper. The app made ordering super simple and if you don't have it yet, you really need to get it. Especially if you frequent McDonald's often because they have special deals only available in the app that definitely save you money! When I arrived the store was very busy, I went around 6pm on a Thursday. The drive thru had a long line outside and inside the counter was very busy as well. I waited about 8 minutes before they called my order number from the app. I was impressed for how very busy they were inside and out. My order was correct, complete, and all my items were as they should have been. The lady behind the counter who gave me my food was friendly and efficient. She even looked me in the eye when I thanked her and smiled. It's hard to get a fast food associate to do that nowadays! I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. This was a good experience and I recommend if you are in the area.(The Dirty Dr Pepper was quite good, a little overly sweet at first but, as the ice melted a bit it all evened out. If you like Dr. Pepper you should give it a try!)“

“This particular McDonald's is a great place to go. Ive watched this restaurant evolve for over 20 years. I use to take my kids who have all graduated college now, but it brings me great memories.

The food is always good. My go to is always the quarter pounder with cheese, large fries and a shake, and it always hits that good comfort spot.

Gotta admit this one time after many years I had a big Mac and boy was it delicious.

Bottom line this is a clean, warm and friendly environment, fast drive thru when your on the go and nice inside dining when you wanna chill and get that great comfort food taste.“

The evening manager Herschell makes this McDonald's run like a well-oiled machine. She's incredibly efficient and keeps the whole staff working together with seamless cohesion.

“First time visiting this particular McDonald’s and I had a really nice experience. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish with fries and everything came out fresh. “Stopped in around 6 AM before work looking for a hot coffee and a place to warm up. Ordering was done through the kiosk, and my decaf coffee was ready at the counter in just a few minutes. Everything came out exactly as ordered, which I appreciated.

The dining area was surprisingly clean for that time of the morning. Tables and floors looked well maintained, and there wasn't much traffic inside. A few people were sitting with coffee, keeping warm from the cold weather, but the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed.

The employees seemed focused and professional. My order was handled quickly, and I didn't notice any rude behavior or poor customer service. The coffee was fresh, hot, and tasted much better than I expected—not weak or old tasting at all.

This was actually my first visit to this location. I originally planned on going elsewhere, but they weren't open when I arrived. McDonald's was open, warm, and had plenty of seating. “This place is a god sent. While driving thru LA to get home, my kids needed a restroom break. They were cranky and tired from the trip. The general area was pretty sketchy, so McDs it is. Restroom is locked, and the staff needs to unlock it for you. Inconvenient, yes. Practical for sure. Restroom wasn't the cleanest, but it was clean enough. Kids got their soft serve, nuggies, and fries, and was smiling at the end. And that's all you need McDs to be.“

Everyone here seemed friendly with smiles on their faces despite how busy they were and in a rush , they acknowledged everyone entering their restaurant and ensured people were seen and heard ! The place was clean very big location and spacious , this will be my new location even if I have to do a little drive .“

“If at night, please only order through food couriers/apps or Drive-Thru pickup. The dining room as well as counter pickup closes sometime between ~6-7:30PM.

My mobile order for counter pick-up at night turned into a super delayed curbside pickup. The influx of delivery/Drive-Thru pickup orders overwhelms the staff to a point where people like me end up getting third-rate service in comparison to those with cars or the money to order delivery.

This location needs to work on providing clear and accessible communication about store hours, dining room hours, parking lot hours, delivery hours, etc. on the windows, on social media, and anywhere else applicable. Leaving ambiguity on the table is neither fair nor acceptable given the current dangers of walking at night. It hits people who take public transportation, work at night, and earn fewer wages where it hurts. And at these prices I'm better off going to another place nearby be it a pharmacy, grocery store, or rival chain.

Place could be understaffed, but afaik quality control in terms of food quality seem alright.“
