“I ordered on app 10:45am person in remote told me that they start order when I get here so they wouldn't make my order and I would get a refund. Went in to the store I told Elaina the manager she had my order done in a few minutes I love her professional response and she's great thank u Elaina.“

“I go here almost every morning for my breakfast , most people staying around 30 minutes, however, there is always a couple group of seniors staying from 08:30 ~ 10:30 , sometimes to 11:00 , talking and laughing loudly, it causes the environment very noisy and hard to find a seat , besides one car parking per person , it makes parking so congested.
I would suggest that store can put this sign at each table , in this way the store environment and parking situation will be improved.“

This location seems to be doing pretty well.

At least on multiple orders on separate occasions. All are correct. And the foods are hot and fresh.

The dining hall is still clean. No homeless sleeping inside; compare that to fastfood locations at DTLA. At least that was true the last time I went to one of the fastfood places at DTLA.

Staffing seems to have improved. And that's good for the crews working there.

The drive-thru area is small so it will give off a perception that orders are taking longer.

But it probably is a normal pace taking into account the small area from the drive-thru.“
