“I had a great experience at the drive-thru today! Alexa was incredibly sweet, friendly, and professional while handling my order. She made the whole process quick and easy, and everything was handled perfectly. The caramel frappes were a 10/10 and tasted amazing. “Julio was the one who took my order. I just ordered hot coffee as I was waiting for a friend who went shopping at Walmart. By the way, this location of McDo is inside the Walmart Store. Julio was very kind & helpful. I believed he brewed a fresh coffee just for me, in spite that I was short of $0.80. Because that was my only cash with me, & he still took my order. Great heart & service too. Thank you, Julio. I seldom encounter staff in fast food chains who is this kind & helpful... only just a few nowadays! Keep up the good work Julio.
