“The chief manager from the afternoon a latino guy called armando was a meaning person yesterday around 6 to 7 pm july 12 2023 i did try to buy a happy meal combo and i did have a cup from my car to fill up only with ice and he said he wont allow me to take the ice i did ask why??? iam making a purchase and he said he dont care i did telling why you acting that way with me is my first time some one do that on me in any rwstaurant of fast foodi came before and nobody said nothing and he laughed in my face and he said he dont care he wont give me ice i did request the district manager number he denied he said he dont know his number and i did ask the store number and he dont know that information toohe did check a receipt and said is 1077 store i told him i will report to the corporate his attitude iam doing that right now !!!!Macdonald18002446227 after the incident he took a break and laugh again on my face before take his vehicle color blue polarized dark .... when he left i did ask the main manager a nice lady with glasses with red shirt i forgot her name and i did ask if she will denied me the ice too and she nicely said no as long you buy a drink with us so i did buy my happy meal get my ice and enjoy my dinnerArmando need to take classes to learn how to treat the clients specially in this weather so hot.....Will see if he will denied ice again to some one and laugj of them and show his prepotencia no bueno eso....Tks to Yelp to allow us to leave comments“
“I feel weird posting a glowing review of McDonald's, but this is one of the best run McDonald's. I come here frequently and my order is always timely and correct. Props to the management here and all the staff. It's a difficult job and they work hard “
