They have a special on egg sausage mcmuffins, 2/$5.50. I got 2 mcmuffins, hash brown and a coffee. It was $10.78. I was disappointed as the muffins tasted stale and were hard and tough. They didn't have the freshness that I am accustomed to. This was the first time I went to the Covina location on Grand Av. I will stick to my usual location on Arrow and Glendora Av as that location always serves fresh food.
The food was fresh and tasty. The service was ok. Mostly, the workers get the order right. Sometimes there is a long wait for food in the drive thru. The atmosphere is nice. But, no more play land for the kids!Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu. They have high chairs. But, they took out the playland for the kids! I guess COVID 19 really changed everything!

I feel weird posting a glowing review of McDonald's, but this is one of the best run McDonald's. I come here frequently and my order is always timely and correct. Props to the management here and all the staff. It's a difficult job and they work hard
