“September 24 9 AM decided to drive by and pick up the good old coffee. The gentleman taking the order and receiving payment has great amazing customer service. Very rare to see this type of service at McDonald’s. Coming from a management background have to recognize when someone is friendly and delivering exceptional service. I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman great job.“
“I've been to this particular McDonalds on Hacienda for several years. Always clean, friendly service and food is good compared to other McDonald's. If you aren't satisfied with your meal, they are happy to remake it or refund your money.“

Food is definitely on brand. After visiting several McDonald's im starting to think the chain offers Customer Service training. All employees are very respectful and helpful with a smile.“
