“I had an amazing experience at McDonald’s thanks to Yvette. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed and appreciated.

It’s rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Yvette truly made my visit better, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. “McDonald’s is pretty consistent yet there are some that stand out. This McDonald’s is clean for being a fast paced location. Brian greeted me at the register young man was polite and listened to my request. I had a question which he quickly called upon Jesus so they could accommodate my request. Jesus was very polite and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. I noticed Joel another employee in the back filling orders with such proficiency . The three worked together in harmony and were fast. Thank you Jesus, Brian and Joel for making my McDonalds visit a good one.“

“I was extremely disappointed with the service. First, they forgot to give me a burger, and then they didn't give me the extra beef I requested. I don't understand what the staff were thinking during their work hours. If they're going to work like this, they might as well go home and lie in bed. The greatest kindness is not to cause trouble for others.“
