“I’ll be honest, I had three really disappointing experiences at this location recently and was about ready to give up on it. However, my latest visit completely turned things around thanks to the manager, Erin. She went absolutely above and beyond to make things right. Erin’s professionalism, kindness, and incredible customer service were a breath of fresh air. It is rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customers. Because of Erin, I will definitely be back. Thank you, Erin, for outstanding service and being super sweet to my granddaughter 😊.“
