“I came Monday morning through the drive-thru for a coffee asked for cream and sugar the female repeated how I wanted my coffee and she still got it wrong and walked away from window ...a manager happen to walk by and corrected my order. I left a little upset. I came back at midnight for iced tea and a cheeseburger, and the young lady at the window was amazing. I wish I had taken her name to have her recognized for her customer service skills. She made my night!.“
“My daughter wanted to grab a quick bite. I didn't eat, but she did. She loves McDonald's. This is my first time at this location. It is very clean! The restrooms are clean and locked! An employee actually walked me to the door and did the code.“
“The food here is consistently good. However, they do not allow customers to refill their own drinks and have shut down that system. Also, there are no plugs available for people to charge their devices so a problem if you really need to charge your phone or would like to work on a computer or phone while you dine.“
“I only put 4 because there’s constantly a line out of there for like down the street and then they take forever to serve you. Also by the time you get your food it’s fries or cold if not warm like it was supposed to other than that it’s OK.“
“Went with a friend and each of us had 2 grandkids with us after a day at the Santa Ana Zoo in O.C. My friend has the Mc Donalds App on her phone & she ordered for us. It was quick to order on the App, but I do NOT like the self service kiosks at all. The kids were all under 5 so they enjoyed their chicken nuggets happy meals.
I don't like burgers or Mc Donalds so I cant comment on the quality of the food.“
