McDonald's in Fontana

“truly one of the best experiences i've had in customer service chad i believe is his name with the curly hair gives me my food in a very timely manner i come here often on my way home from work he is constantly running around doing window running out boxes and taking food to cars he is extremely polite and respectful always making sure my order is correct and even when i need some extra sauce he always runs into to grab it for me not matter how many times i insist on getting it myself seriously promote this guy !!!10/10“

“Reluctantly I drove through McDonald's for an icream cone and a filled of fish. I ranted about the amount of sauce I was going to receive on my sandwich and how I wanted the sauce to cover the whole sandwich and not just the dot in the middle of the sandwich (that's how I typically receive any sandwich from McD's). I was told that I would need to pay more if I wanted more than one pump. But today, supposedly, I received enough sauce to cover the sandwich. What comes to mind is that other McD's nust provide a full pumps worth so I started asking for extra sauce and paying extra, but then they put a whole bunch of sauce to the point it's a sloppy mess. Then I learned that I needed to ask for it on the side. With all of this said, the kids did a great job of doing the job right and being patient and professional with me. Kudos to the kids!!!!“

“This is not the Mickey Ds I usually go to, but nonetheless, the experience was not that bad. Food was on point, and the atmosphere was ok. Service was regular, and if it wasn't for the fact that the lady couldn't find my order at first. It would've been a perfect score. My order came out rapidly after that, regardless. Good job guys, and kudos on the cleanliness as well“

“This McDonald's is nice and clean. The employees there are friendly and are trying there best. The food was served hot. The atmosphere could have been better, not at fault to the employees however. Other customers effected that negatively.“

“Worker here Xavier helped me get out in the bathroom by giving me extra toilet paper in desperate time and then i came out to order i got a mcflurry and i accidentally dropped it on my little brothers head Xavier told me don’t worry about it and made me a new one he then successfully upsaled me into getting more food 10/10 experience best worker alive needs a raise because everyone ele there was mad rude like litrally everyone but Xavier was mean.“

“For once in a very very very long time the kids and dinning room area is clean.
All the tables are clean.
I saw this worker cleaning and I had to tell her that the place looks good and clean.

She was so happy to hear that. Her name is Dianna ( I think) a very sweet girl that is doing a good job.
The rest of the staff was nice too.“
