“This was our first time eating in this place. Unfortunately, we came when the AC was not working and they only have a portable swamp cooler blowing in the dining room. It was very hot, so we sat downwind from it so it was tolerable in there. As far as the food, it was very good and when we're in the area again, we will eat there again. Customer service was excellent, the only negative with the employee who brought us our food we could not understand what he was saying, his accent was very strong but was friendly even with the language gap. Everything was fresh and you could taste the freshness of the food and the potatoe bun set off the burger, very good and fresh. I would give this place 5 stars but the AC not working knocked it down.“

“I ordered to go and they got my order wrong. Ordered 2 #3, one with grilled onions and 1 with no onions. Got home and they gave me, 2 regular burgers. I'm mad still.“

“Let me be clear this place is kind of expensive. $17 and change for a bacon burger meal is not cheap but when that's pretty much the cost of Carl's Jr. And it blows them out of the water I'm not going to complain. So take the previous statement as just a warning and not a complaint. I've had their chicken sandwich, their bacon burger and my wife loves their salads. They were closing at 9:00 p.m. I called at 8:40 cuz I didn't want to make the cooks cook at the last minute because of me and they took my order over the phone. Zero wait. Super friendly“

“My order was taken soon as I approached register. The employee who took my order was a manager I'm pretty sure. He was very cordial, and accommodating! He kept a close eye on his employees, and gave a bit of guidance here & there, with a smile!The employees all seemed very plesant,and focused which created a tip top work environment! The drive thru was moving. He brought our food out for us, as he did for the other customers! The food was very fresh, burgers juicy, fries crispy & hot! Store was clean, soda area clean, bathroom old, but clean. Even smelled clean!“

“Food is really good but the service is inconsistent. Sometimes they’re nice, most of the time they’re just okay. They always make me feel rushed when I come through the drive thru which sort of taints my experience. However, I do think they have one of the best bacon cheeseburgers around and their fries are pretty good. I get mine extra crispy with extra seasoning. If they work on customer service it’d be 5 stars!“

“I had a great experience at IHOP this morning. Even though the restaurant was busy, I was seated right away and received quick service. Melissa was very friendly, attentive, and always available when we needed anything.

I really enjoyed the food, and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Even though the restaurant was full, it wasn’t too noisy, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Burgers are delicious with tons of topping options. Hard to beat, but a simple person's nightmare if your indecisive.
I would skip the hot dogs, as they're meh at best.
French fries, Cajun style, are better than just about any other out there.

“Tonight we order the family cheeseburger feast. Seriously AMAZING. They toast the buns and put them in their own container. The grill the burgers, melt the cheese, again separate container. Then...the fresh fixings, lettuce, pickles, fresh tomato slices, pickles galore, white and red onion slice. Phenomenal! Did I mention the fries? Guess what? Separate container. Laura was my cashier - she was so friendly, professional, and welcoming. I noticed she was also mopping and keeping the entire store clean. You can tell she really cares about her job and the customers. Truly a hardworking person.

And Marisol in the kitchen - thank you! She made my 3 egg rolls absolutely perfect. Golden brown, crispy, and not burnt at all. She followed my special request exactly how I asked. It's rare to find someone who pays so much attention to detail.

My husband placed an online order through Bakers for 6 cheese burgers, 1 large bag of fries , 1 bag of tater tots , 2 vanilla shakes and a bag of habanero ketchup .
We drove to the drive thru to pick our order . We were handed a bag of sealed food . I did open the bag while sitting in the drive thru to see we had our correct amount of burgers, fries , tater tots and shakes. I wasn’t aware my husband ordered the habanero ketchup .
At home as we ate our burgers my husband realized we didn’t not received our bag of habanero ketchup.
I placed a call to the store , Dawson answered our call. He gave us a few options, since we were eating and didn’t want to turn back around. We decided to leave a credit in the system and pick up on our next visit. Dawson mentioned he will have it in the system and to mention my husband’s name when we decide to visit again.

At the end of the day it’s nothing to be upset about. I was able to feed the family.
I personally don’t like their vanilla shakes it’s too sweet and not enough creamy flavor. Their fries is good and not salty .“

“This location I have disliked for many years, I have lived back in this area for about 2 years now and I went yesterday after my kids got out of school . The gentleman at the drive-thru was amazing. Great customer service, he wasn't rushing you through your order. Let's just say he was super great that my two kids said Mom he's cool, can we tip him. I wish I could have, but I only had my card with me. And two weeks ago also a young lady with a very soft voice but great customer service.“
