“I eat here about once a month. I usually get the lettuce wrapped charburger with no cheese or pickles and sweet potato fries. They give ranch dressing with the fries but I prefer them without the dressing. I usually like the music they play here and the women's restroom is usually clean enough.

“Random late-night stop at Jack in the Box while driving through and it hit the spot perfectly! The drive-thru team was surprisingly fast and friendly for the hour. They got my order 100% accurate – hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered (those tacos and curly fries are addictive).

“We drive out of our way to come to this Baker’s because the team here truly makes a difference\. They are always friendly, kind, and welcoming, and they take our order without hesitation\. At the location closer to our home, we are pushed to use the kiosk, and we feel that should be an option, not the main way customers are expected to order\. We are customers, not trained employees, and the kiosk often makes the experience feel less personal and more frustrating\.

This location is different\. The employees are personable, aware of customer needs, and make us feel valued every time we come in\. You can tell everyone here takes pride in their job\.
