“This was our first time eating in this place. Unfortunately, we came when the AC was not working and they only have a portable swamp cooler blowing in the dining room. It was very hot, so we sat downwind from it so it was tolerable in there. As far as the food, it was very good and when we're in the area again, we will eat there again. Customer service was excellent, the only negative with the employee who brought us our food we could not understand what he was saying, his accent was very strong but was friendly even with the language gap. Everything was fresh and you could taste the freshness of the food and the potatoe bun set off the burger, very good and fresh. I would give this place 5 stars but the AC not working knocked it down.“

Burgers are delicious with tons of topping options. Hard to beat, but a simple person's nightmare if your indecisive.
I would skip the hot dogs, as they're meh at best.
French fries, Cajun style, are better than just about any other out there.

“We hadn't been to Wienerschnitzel in years, so we decided to stop in tonight. We pulled up and saw a massive drive-thru line, but figured we'd give it a shot anyway. The food was what you'd expect from Wienerschnitzel, but that wasn't what stood out. What impressed me was the three women working there. They were absolutely crushing it. While we waited for our order, they kept that drive-thru moving like it was just another normal day. My hat is off to those three ladies. They were doing the work of what should have been at least five people. I don't understand how a company expects three employees to keep an entire restaurant running during a rush like that. To those three women: thank you for your hard work. You represented that restaurant with professionalism and determination. Keep your heads up, ladies—you deserve recognition for everything you do. “I was a district manager for over a decade in a very similar competitors Restaurant. I have never seen a restaurant so clean inside and out. I have been to this location in San Bernardino off of Mill Street and I have never once seen even a baseboard dirty or crumbs in any corner or any (Lights Out) or any roof tiles missing or damage damaged. This place is 100% clean 100% of the time and I applaud the management.“

“I LOVE Wienerschnitzel way back when it was called Der Weinerschnitzel back in 1965. Now, ironically I am 65, LOL!!! I have to admit I have not been to one in a couple of years because their prices had seemed to have skyrocketed like every other fast food restaurant around. But, I was VERY HUNGRY and I REMEMBERED to look up their Coupon app. I used to LOVE to get their coupon paper in the mail EVERY WEEK!!! It made a HUGE DIFFERENCE in the prices.. The food was as DELICIOUS as EVER!!! I had LUNCH as dine in and about 6 hours later I went back for DINNER takeout, LOL!!! ????????❤️?

Parking: EASY ACCESS and PLENTY of parking, at the Jurupa Valley location off of the 60 freeway at Etiwanda. They even had a CONVENIENT Drive Thru too. ☺️?

Kid-friendliness: The service was GREAT and VERY FRIENDLY. There were children at other tables and EVERYONE seemed VERY HAPPY enjoying their meals. ☺️?
