“Christian at store 27 is excellent we come from Redlands because he provides amazing service and makes the best ice cream cones, having a disability & being suicidal it feels good to have someone be nice to you and provide amazing customer service especially to those with severe brain injuries like myself and disabilities, he definitely deserves to be in a higher position and recognized for his daily achievements at this company while bringing customers back and making us happy and not letting his life pains get in the way like most people do he focus on the customers happiness & he is amazing i absolutely adore him thanks for making our days happy Christian while going through a health battle.

“I was a district manager for over a decade in a very similar competitors Restaurant. I have never seen a restaurant so clean inside and out. I have been to this location in San Bernardino off of Mill Street and I have never once seen even a baseboard dirty or crumbs in any corner or any (Lights Out) or any roof tiles missing or damage damaged. This place is 100% clean 100% of the time and I applaud the management.“

“I was craving a Chicago-style dog. I was there last week visiting family and was looking for something similar. I’m pleasantly surprised they have a mini version of the Chicago street dog and the flavor was close to the street original. There was no wait during late lunch and there place was very clean inside. Thank you for the cravings fix!“

“To my surprise, Mochi Lion is actually under new management and ownership now. The transformation is incredible as the space is way cleaner, the new menu is much tastier, and the drinks are absolutely spot on. What a night and day difference. I highly recommend checking out the new and improved Mochi Lion!“
“Getting down on a Texas Cajun andouille. Beautiful presentation, spicy and juicy sausage and perfectly balanced toppings. Since there are no other good hot dog or sausage joints in Redlands otherwise (RIP Jojo's, Hunde Haus and Bratworks!), this is highly recommended.“

“I had the pleasure of encountering Katrina's help at the drive thru. Her energy and customer service was memorable, for the right reasons. Very pleasant order taking and small chat at the window. Honestly made my day! I'll definitely return if there are more employees like Katrina. She deserves recognition :)“
“I ordered the LA hotdog and it was great. It came with onion rings. I was confused at first on where to pick up my order because I ordered online but when I went to pick it up, there are no signs on where to pick up. Luckily, the person manning the front door was very helpful. They were able to bring the food to me because I had my dog with me and they don’t allow dogs inside.“

“I highly recommend Big Mama's hotdogs.. Our PTA contacted Mr. Lawrence to come be a vendor at our Terrace View Elementary Back To School Night... Not only is he the sweetest man but his food and service was amazing too .. Great set up fast service and very clean... great food ... We are for sure having him come back“
