Today husband and I went to Costco to return a Dyson vacuum which we purchased about 5 years ago. To my surprise- my vacuum starting acting up. It would turn off and on and would not pick - up all the dirt. I changed the filter and cleaned out the roller and nothing. Manager Carlos was nice to give me store credit and with that I purchased another Dyson. Return policy is A+ and I definitely will be returning for all my future major appliance purchases for the A+ customer service.
***This review is for the returns process only*** I came to this Costco in Fontana yesterday to return some Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. The return merchandise line was not very long. Usually, there are only 2 staff members handling returns. But today I saw more than 2 people which was nice... thank you for the attention and speed of service!
