McDonald's in San Bernardino

“I had to ask for 2 staff names because they’re the best. David and Suzanne are always on top of it. If they’re on duty I know my order is gonna be perfect to a T. They’re always kind quick and got a smile on their face. I don’t even think that should be a requirement but they get it done. Big shout out to David and Suzanne!“

“Sometimes location dictates that a business do things like strictly control the bathroom entry or not have napkins out, so we don't blame this McDonald's for those things. However, it is always nice to not have to ask staff for access to the bathroom. The food was great, except I ordered a hit fudge sundae and got chocolate syrup instead. Hey, this was minor. The fries were piping hot and good as always.

Staff was kind and helpful. Only one kiosk screen of the 4 was working, so they took orders at the counter as well.

“Staff were great, and was just like any regular McDonald’s. I would say the only drawback was the wait time, since we ordered our food before others who got there’s before us, even we ordered a considerable amount less then the people behind us. Other than that there’s nothing to complain about I would come here again.“

“Drive through is pretty quick, even when there is a line. Orders have been accurate most of the time. Sometimes they forget to put the sauce so its a good idea to check before driving away. I usually order on the app and pick up through drive through.“

Kid-friendliness: They have a play place here you can bring your kids, 4 all those babies mama's mama's“

“Great customer service especially for McDonalds. This McDonald's separated themselves from every other McDonald's in San Bernardino and surrounding cities. They do have one manager that needs to match her fellow coworkers energy and enthusiasm but perfect for a mcdonalds“

“We actually stopped here just to use the toilet on the way home to Las Vegas. The bathroom was clean, except for a huge puddle under the urinal. However, the manager was incredibly nice and had a promotion going on that awarded a free food item for spinning a wheel. It was just what we needed for a long drive back to Vegas on a Friday afternoon. We'd happily stop here again.“
