“Depending on the staff. The dive-thru takes some time to serve food.
In my last, encounters I’ve had trouble with the App and redeeming claiming points every time I try to log-in information regarding to my visits, it seems someone has already claimed the points. As well as, they forget to ask if I will be using the app.“
“Staff were great, and was just like any regular McDonald’s. I would say the only drawback was the wait time, since we ordered our food before others who got there’s before us, even we ordered a considerable amount less then the people behind us. Other than that there’s nothing to complain about I would come here again.“
“Drive through is pretty quick, even when there is a line. Orders have been accurate most of the time. Sometimes they forget to put the sauce so its a good idea to check before driving away. I usually order on the app and pick up through drive through.“

“Great customer service especially for McDonalds. This McDonald's separated themselves from every other McDonald's in San Bernardino and surrounding cities. They do have one manager that needs to match her fellow coworkers energy and enthusiasm but perfect for a mcdonalds“
“First breakfast order of the day and they messed it up. They gave me 2 mcgriddles when i ordered a McGriddle and a mcmuffin. Also the coffee is always way too sugary. They did correct the issue and gave me a free hashbrown. I normally don’t eat McDonald’s but went on a whim at work.“

“I had to ask for 2 staff names because they’re the best. David and Suzanne are always on top of it. If they’re on duty I know my order is gonna be perfect to a T. They’re always kind quick and got a smile on their face. I don’t even think that should be a requirement but they get it done. Big shout out to David and Suzanne!“
