“Just didn't like it that an employee came by my table where I, was seating waiting for these gentlemen to finish his food he asked me for
Since he asked me for cash m I, told him I, would buy him food instead
But the issue was that there was a kid about 5-6 years old making a lot of noise, n I, stayed to him you're hurting my ears you need to stop. I, don't need to be hearing you
Your Study should of done something about that noisy kid. Not come to me n ask me to leave, which I, didn't.“

“Same as the rest this one is extremely clean even the bathrooms. The only thing a person contact not really happening. Going to digital conversation is always nice. in this case start punching digital numbers and walk on to the side and wait for your number to be called as I’m thinking about it I kinda look at it as a walk-in drive-through anyway what else can I tell you.“

“I had to try the McDonald land shake and 10 piece chicken McNugget meal. I just tasted the shake for you and it’s got almost a bubblegum ice cream taste with maybe a subtle raspberry flavored whipped cream. The presentation is nice and it comes with a little box of souvenirs. I love that McDonald’s did something fun like this. It’s a lot of money, but it won’t be something that I get on a regular basis. I just had to try it and I believe it was worth it.“

“I wish I would have took pictures but I had the best deluxe breakfast it makes the perfect breakfast sandwich with bacon putting the eggs and sausage and the English muffin together having a hash brown on the side is also a deal and then pancakes remember to ask for strawberry jelly and that little pop of fruit with the pancakes is perfect it's a way better deal at under $8 then most of their meal deals combined and if you order to the drive-thru with the app you can get an iced coffee large for 99 cents so the whole meal is around $9 and some change it's like super perfect“

“This McDonald's food is made when you order it, so its good & hot. It's the one we select to go to whenever we are in the area.
There is really no human interaction inside so for convenience just use the app or use the drive through. It's focus is on hot food and I guess that matters more than customer engagement and I am ok with that as long as my order is correct and hot when I pick up.“

“I ordered SF French Vanilla iced coffee. Was given an iced coffee, but wasn't sugar free. I was able to swap for sugar free one. I went on my way home and took a drink of my iced coffee and there was no flavor (French vanilla) and I paid extra for extra flavor.“

“From filet mignon now we switch to good ol’ McDonald’s. Every now and then I just need their 2 cheeseburger meal, with fresh French fries and a drink.

Now I need to vent. The background: I worked as a teen at McDonald’s and it was so fun. I loved being a cashier and speaking with clients.

I was surprised at the cold atmosphere- didn’t feel welcoming or fun. It wasn’t because of the workers, it was because of the lack of human interaction.

I went inside and didn’t know they have kiosk to order! Not liking that experience at all. So I asked the lady how do I order and she took my order. These kiosk are dumb! The first impression of a business and it’s not a friendly welcoming smile. We need more human interaction not less. for some people, that’s the only smile they’ll get all day. C’mon McDonald’s.“

“I wanna give a huge shout out to the employee working this morning named Faith. It was only her by herself up front and she was working her butt off, dealing with impatient and rudecustomers. How Faith handled everything while maintaining her awesome customer service skills. I wish more. McDonald’s had employees like her.

For myself and many other people has been a crappy week. Employees like faith is what can make a person’s morning a little bit better even if it’s just a sausage McMuffin.

I really hope her manager sees this because she’s doing awesome.“

“Not much to say about a McDonald's, the food is the same everywhere but one thing about this particular location is they always seem to get the order wrong in some way. They'll forget an item, give you the wrong item/size or completely omit something (never added to the order) It's not a big deal for me personally but if you're ordering in the drive thru for a group, it can be annoying. Despite the drive thru getting backed up quickly, they do attend you in a timely manner still.“
