“These guys where great. They where swamped and still took the time to wipe us off a high chair that was sitting out in the rain. They also made time to have an employee clean bathrooms and clean tables. They misplaced one of our items and where great about getting it to us even tho they forgot about it. Great kids. Give them raises! Nuggets where a bit dry but the burgers where perfect. Kids didn't care about it tho.Kid-friendliness: They had a play area but it was rained put due to it being outside. My kids where very bummed.“
“ordered ahead through the app so it's ready when i got there. staff were helpful and friendly, just very busy so even though I see my order, I had to wait for someone to get it for me.Parking: there's not much shade in the parking lot and you'd have to walk through the drive thru lane to get to the entrance“
“I'm going to tell you my recent experience with McDonald's has not been a great one. I love a Big Mac, nuggets fries from McDonald's. Their fries are the best! During Lent I have to order a filet of fish combo and a Shamrock shake. For years it has always been tradition for me. So I went to my local McDonald's located on Tyler St. First I was surprised not to be able to dine in. Then I tried to order a Shamrock shake. I was told they were not making the shake. I did without that week. The following Friday I would not eat at that location. Not being able to dine in or get my shake pissed me off. I drove down Magnolia and saw a Del Taco. Ok fish tacos it is I told myself. Again no dine in no restrooms. When you have a 92 year old mother you need facilities. I was so upset! Upon leaving Del Taco I noticed the homeless situation. People sleeping on the ground right outside the door of the restaurant. A lot of homeless loitering around the businesses. Then it struck me. I believe it's why you can't use a bathroom or dine in. I'm sorry for the homeless! So I went the following Friday to the location on Arlington Ave. Finally I got my dine in my Shamrock shake. Even though there was a homeless person outside the door. The facility was clean, the restrooms were available. I finally enjoyed my eating experience. Thanks Big John“
“Hey, look, it's McDonald's kids, love it. Everybody eats it, and they're always super fast and super clean.Dietary restrictions: Don't come here if you have dietary restrictions.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible with accessible parking.“
“We decided to go to McDonald's for milkshakes on christmas. The manager Shelby who served us was great she greeted us as we entered the store while helping other customers on this busy night . The store was clean and service was quick .“
“Went in for some breakfast early morning, and was delighted by the response time. Matt took my order and had my food instantly meanwhile the drive-thru is also flying by. He also convinced me to get a sandwich through a survey and I'll do that every time now. Go McDonalds!“
“Drive thru, hadn't had a quarter pounder in year, hot fresh cheese and bacon yum fries didn't disappoint. Hate to say it but nope to the breakfast steak sandwich. Not bad flavor with the grilled onion but texture all wrong some sort of ground formed steak patty. Too expensive for what it was .“
“Good times, quality food and well some of the workers were nice, but some said some things that should not be said. Some need to learn how to pronounce properly without hate speech. #pleaseanfthankyouKid-friendliness: No more hate speech. No more snowflakes. No more sad sad game.Wheelchair accessibility: Edit das hate speech to no more bad boys no bad girls. Wheelchairs are fun, but some don't like for us to have fun. Because they are living in the past something like in a dream. Nothing is always as it seems. Hail Mary Hail Mary. Wheelchairs are fun for me, because I was crippled as a kid and had severe backlash when I was young thinking I could play a "Satanic Ritual, but luckily made it out alive through Godly Prayer"“
“The girl treated us very badly first she didn't give me my hamburger that I needed in my order and she didn't care to take it and I had to stop for her, she was a disgrace my son wanted to revel and she was 5 minutes stopped and she never paid attention to it she spent that I said excuse me you can give refill to my son, it still took another 5 minutes. obviously I could do it because another one was also lying there. with reason the orders are taken by the machine because with that desire who wants to ask.“
“Went here on a Saturday through the drive thru and ordered our food the girl taking the orders was nice and at the window but the other girl at the other window was somewhat rude to us handling out our food all rushed we asked for a cup holder for our drinks and ignored us and straws were also missing as well who ever that girl at the window was needs to have more manners and how she treats the customers it's good McDonald's just some of people working there can be rude not everyone just a few“
“Stopped in to get a bite to eat before driving a long way home, thought I ordered a combo meal but I didn't when I went back and asked for my fries they looked at my receipt and my order which was my fault just had two burgers when I said hey I'll just buy some french fries the young lady said no don't worry about it we'll give you these for free it was awesome wanting just to give total customer satisfaction made me feel important!!!“
