I'm going to tell you my recent experience with McDonald's has not been a great one. I love a Big Mac, nuggets fries from McDonald's. Their fries are the best! During Lent I have to order a filet of fish combo and a Shamrock shake. For years it has always been tradition for me. So I went to my local McDonald's located on Tyler St. First I was surprised not to be able to dine in. Then I tried to order a Shamrock shake. I was told they were not making the shake. Thanks to the manager that contacted me regarding a complaint. She was understanding to the situation and even though I wasn’t looking for anything in return she still rectified the problem. I’d like to encourage everyone to use the online request form for service or quality of food complaints and allow them the opportunity to make it right. I received a response within 48 hours of submitting a complaint.

McDonalds on Arlington never fails to give me my order wrong. Its like they get paid $20 /hour to mess up orders. Why do i keep going? Well, because you would think they fixed the problem and because its the closest to me. But i think im gonna make the drive and go to McDonald's on University ave.
