Drive thru cashier was rude. She did not speak one word to me. She put out her hand for the money and gave me my change. She never, once, bothered to smile and never said, hi nor thank you. My large latte was only filled 1/2 way, yet I paid full price for what should have been a full cup! I spoke with the manager, by phone, and expressed my concerns.
