“Please explain to me why do we have to pick a number and place it on the table, if no one from your staff will deliver the food to the table, what is the purpose? The order has a number and you can use that number instead of a table number. We ended picking up the order ourselves. Also, no napkins, no ketchup, no straw were provided had to ask for each item. No attention of whatsoever was needed. The food was great; however, it is noticable the absence of a staff member filling up the necessities of the client. Won't be back there. South Pasadena has great service.“
“This is the McDonald's closest to my job. So I always come here. I always get a six-piece chicken nugget, Happy meal. And for the most part, their chicken nuggets are always super crispy. And their fries are almost never soggy. Could use improvement on customer service though. Some of the employees can have an attitude.“
“Every once in a while I get a craving for a Big Mac. It's reminds me of the Original Big Boy hamburger. They are close. The only difference is the Big Mac has Thousand Island sauce on it and the Big Boy has relish on it. The quality of the Big Boy hamburger at the restaurant in Burbank has gone downhill in recent years. The Big Mac is better at the Pasadena restaurant I go to. I go through the drive thru so I can't really talk about what it's like inside sitting down.“
