“Being transparent they got my order wrong but without a Matthew the manager night shift there's a happy ending to the story. Express how they got my order wrong tonight as well as 30 express my frustration in this being the 3rd time in a row in the last 4 days I went to McDonald's and they got oder wrong. Anywho I truly was not satisfied with this McDonald's which was my favorite Lowkey. Well I thoroughly expressed my opinion to Matthew night shift supervisor who was more than willing and ready to remedy this mishap. His final and thoughtful decision was to replace my entire order and accommodated me an extremely hot crisp and delicious strawberrys and creme pie which I owe so enjoyed and was greatly appreciative of. People wonderful customer service at this McDonald's.“
“The cashier was chating with a customer-friend while the sign fir breakfast was turned.off.but we has arrived on time. The friend insisted if they could serve us breakfast but the cashier charged us by the individual items and not the package which I insisted several times that it was cheaper.“
“Drive thru and money and food was not the best but the manager was very good and made sure he took care of the situation. Too many young workers who haven't been taught and customer service. That McDonald's was better when they had older workers ( pre-senior and senior workers)Nothing personal about the young workers. Working with older workers might help them when it comes to customer service.“
“McDonald's is here! Of sure it's beneficial! Here, the fries are always hot and crispy. Salty, too! Yum! Just ask for fresh hot fries whenever you want them. Even when many whine and gripe about their fries being cold, all you have to do is ask. It takes an additional minute or so. I've always received good service here. Although an extra sauce packet costs 11 cents, occasionally they just give them out for free. There are now hot and spicy McChickens, which I previously could only afford to eat in Vegas. And captivating! It's fatty, cheap, and possibly made using yoga mats as an ingredient, but screw it! McDonald's is here!“
