McDonald's in Downey

“Even though I live around here It was my first time coming to this McDonald's. I didn't realize how popular it was until I observed tourists taking pictures. Turns out it's one of the oldest standing McDonald's. And it wasn't crowded when I came which was nice.“

“This one is my go to spot since it’s super close to where I live. One of the mangers Michael or Mike I believe was very nice about fixing my bundle order. Sometimes their fries aren’t the fresh & the mobile app won’t work properly but overall it good for the most part. I never dined in, only drivethru“

“Been to this McDonald's plenty of times and have to say restaurant for the most part is clean and well maintained. The staff has been friendly. Had to give it a 4 due to the fact that the drive-thru line at times goes out into the street (on Paramount) makes it hard to pull into the parking lot.“

“I'm a 80's & 90's guy that grew eating Micky D's. It will always hold a special place in my heart.....and arteries. McNuggies are always gonna hit the spot. Plus, if you have the app, you can spend $10 and get a lot of food. If no app, try the McValue meals. $5, $6 combos. I maybe eat here 2x's a week. For sure 1 day. It's a quick dinner fix.“

“I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for about a little over 3 years, maybe give or take once a month. I’ve been to many McDonald around the county of Los Angeles and I can say the service here is second to none. I never had not one single issue with the way my order was taken or prepared. Today I decided to write a review because I was having such a terrible day and the kindness from Dillon the drive thru employee who took my order made me feel like my night was now just starting to turn around. I always go late at night and you would assume the employees are tired and don’t really care . But Dillon took his time with my order , I never felt rushed , I asked to make everything fresh and I asked questions about the World Cup, cups that they were giving away when you ordered a meal and not once did his tone change . He answered all my questions was able to grant all the requests I made in my order. The gentleman who gave me order was also very kind . The late night crew at this McDonalds can’t be compared to any other . Keep up the great work !!!! This isn’t the closest McDonald’s from my house but I chose to always go here because of the service !“

“This place does not get full stars because its McDonalds food and its not always there. Sometimes they are slow but customer service has not never been rude. I understand the wait when they are understaffed so its not a big deal. I've actually had good customer service experiences. Was looking at the stickers while I waited and found one of them on Instagram. You can look at stickers while you wait. 🤣🤣🤣“
