McDonald's offers great deals, like $1.49 drinks of any size. The fries are a must-have when visiting. The drive-thru experience is better than going inside, as automation seems to be a focus. Some staff members can be rude, but there are exceptions like Arlington, who provides excellent customer service. However, the lack of attention to details like napkins and ketchup is noticeable. Customers have to pick up their orders themselves, even after choosing a table number. Despite the good food, the absence of staff filling up client necessities may deter some from returning. If looking for better service, South Pasadena is recommended.
